Bright Velo

Nobody present at check-in at 5pm. Hotel appeared abandoned with random stuff strewn about in lobby and restaurant. Key was left on post box for us to find. Room was cold, window did not close fully, letting bugs in. Bed was very flimsy and uncomfortable.

Location was amazing and cleanliness of property. Would be great if they offerred a breakfast package. Love how it was a code to enter the room and not key.

The tiny sink in the bathroom and the shower had no soap dish holder or a shelf to place the shampoo and conditioner. More hooks could be added to the room to hang items. Great to have more lightning outside the property to see when coming back at night. A toaster would be ideal also.

Great location. Secure facilities. Clean and spacious. Quiet during the night. Easy to access with secure door code (no keys required). I thoroughly recommend.

Close to town. Kitchenette was good. Shower fine.

PROXIMITY - It was at the city centre of Bright. Everything is within close proximity - restaurants, grocery stores and other shops! Furthermore, it was just a walking distance to where the shuttle pick up going to Mt. Hotham was so it was super convenient for us. THE ROOM - The room was fairly clean when we arrived. There's just a bit of lingering smell maybe from people that was in the room previously. The heater was already on when we went in so it feels cozy coming from the chilly outside feels. The toilet was clean too. Other than that, everything is clean so shout out to the hotel cleaner - good job!FURNITURES - The bed was great and comfy which has a heated function so it adds to our comfort during this winter weather including the microwave which was normally dirty with other hotels that we stayed in. During this stay, we used the microwave often as it's been raining a lot so we decided to take away and eat-in. STAFF - Staff were amazing! They can easily be communicated through text messaging. They initiate self check in and it was a breeze! Coffee, tea, toilet rolls stocks were ample for our 2-night stay. On our last day, I requested to check out a little later than usual so we can have a slow and easy breakfast in town without rushing and they were very nice to allow us to stay an hour longer. SOFA - The sofa could be better if it's a leather so that it can be wiped out clean rather than fabric which is stain prone and looked dirty from the outside.TOILET - Just a downside that the toilet floor are floorboards so it's a bit run down with all the water splashes instead of tiles and the sink is too small to wash dishes.

Loved the location, l give this accommodation a 110% for cleanliness

We were in room 6 which the windows are right out side near a beer garden, it wasn’t too noisy but I would say when they have the hot rod show in November it could get loud, not great if you want to sleep, though in saying this I would still recommend.Just a little thing, the bowls they have in the room was too shallow for cereals.

I highly recommend this accomodation; central location and lovely decor. The highlight was super friendly Naomi, who made our room spotless and gave my husband and I some great sightseeing tips.

we stayed therefor 2 nights and we love the accomodation except for some guest ( indian background) so noisy while heating up their food at 10-11pm… they closed the microwave door so loud and talked so loud to the point that they are disturbing our sleep. they do not care of other people sleeping already.

We rented apartment 6 for 2 nights. The hotel is centrally located and has a locked bike storage area which was helpful as we were on a cycling holiday. They also have a washing machine and dryer guests can use which was also helpful.

The combined kitchen/dining/living room in our apartment was small. There was a very strong smell of bleach in the apartment when we arrived which was very unpleasant. We had to open every window plus leave the front door open for a few hours in order to air the apartment otherwise we could not have slept there overnight. I think they could ease up on the bleach when cleaning the apartment.

The room was designed beautifully & the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant within the premises. Staff are very friendly. Great location!

Great location, walking distance to everything, carpark and restaurant on site as a bonus.

The couches in the living area were not clean, and the light in the toilet wasn't working. The bedroom window was covered from the outside, preventing any visibility, and there was a sign on the living room window advising not to open it. Which created an impression of darkness and a feeling of being confined.

Fantastically renovated apartment with cool mid century décor. Gorgeous balcony overlooking trees in autumn colours. Great attention to detail in the apartment in terms of decor and amenities - we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and plenty of soft fresh white towels. Great central location.
