    Pros +

    • Newly built, very clean and comfy. The living area upstairs in my townhouse was so nice and the balcony was like cherry on the cake.
    • The location was close to town
    • Location, comfort and clean

    Cons -

    • Can't really pin point anything except the reception lady could've been a bit welcoming.
    • W arrived late evening and the windows faced west in our cabin (Spargo). The blinds were up so the room was pretty hot. It was a30+ day. Blinds could have been put down in preparation. The air conditioning struggled and it was in the wrong location. The cold air just blew into the kitchen and never makes its way into the bedrooms. The bathroom shower is small/cramped and can be updated. We stayed at another place in bright for 2 nights before coming to Big4 for the 3rd night. The price/per night was the same in both places but a huge difference in Value and comfort.
    • Smell in the bathroom of some air of fuel. Charged more for an additional night’s stay when booking with the accommodation directly. I was charged $179 for an extra night for a one bedroom cabin and on bookings dot com they had a 2 bedroom cabin for $177 dollars????

Cleanliness and roominess, and the spa!

Would be great if you could provide some cooking oil.

    9BellyPosted on: 7-23-2025

The house was spacious, clean and had basic utensils and cookwares

The 3rd room (with bunk bed) was too small

    7MaxPosted on: 5-8-2025

To start with the cabin was old, small and very cramped. We were able to upgrade to the next size which was a big improvement but of course at a cost. This cabin was roomy, had good heating which was really needed. It was in a very good location, we were able to walk through a beautiful park to the main township. It is a very scenic place in the autumn.

There wasn't much I didn't like in the bigger cabin. The couch was low and uncomfortable but that's because I in my 70's I guess. Little things could have improved it, like replacing the shower head .

It was freezing in the bedrooms at night because the heater wasn’t working.

Stayed in studio cabin overlooking park. Very clean, lots of natural light. Felt and looked very spacious for a studio. Well equiped for casual stay. Complex was very neat and tidy, clean and good facilities. Fantastic location only 400m easy walk into town. Located very near to pleasant easy gorge walk. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Bed was a bit soft for our preference.

the beds were really comfortable and the facilities were clean. The place is conveniently located; really close to the town centre

    no dishwasher; squeaky floor upstairs

    Location, short walk into town.

Could hear cabin next to us of a night time (sound proofing pretty poor), pans were not in great condition and needed replacing so therefor we didn’t use during our stay, shower hot water system was pretty annoying to use - taps were very fiddly and took ages to get the right temperature. Basic inclusions in kitchen weren’t met such as no extra bin bags.. complementary foil/glad wrap would have been a nice addition. Park amenities for kids were very very minimal compared to other BIG 4’s (one very small playground in middle of park).

Fantastic location next to the splash park and amongst the trees.

Our cabin felt very overpriced, and it was really like glorified camping at a cost of $350 per night.

    10PaulPosted on: 4-19-2025

The cabin was spacious and well appointed and comfortable for all of us, the camp kitchen was also very convenient and we had an enjoyable evening chatting with other travellers, highly recommended.

    7RijuPosted on: 4-17-2025

    It was a prime location.

Toilet exost fan was noisy. Dish washer was leaking.

    8ViktoriaPosted on: 4-16-2025

The location was fabulous. Cabins were very clean but rooms were very small and the walls were very thin. The cabin was well equipped though.

    9PennyPosted on: 4-12-2025

The trees, the cabin was really nice, the staff were happy and helpful, the coffee caravan.

In our cabin every morning and afternoon we would find a massive amount of little flies on our beds. It was weird how it kept happening even once we removed them.

    9BrunaPosted on: 4-11-2025

Very well located being walk distance from shops, cafes and parks. The spa is amazing, my 10 months old baby loved his bath time. Very spacious and comfy.

It is a bit hard to find the entrance for late check-in as it is outside the Tasman property.

    9SnehaPosted on: 4-8-2025

Nice cabins - very family friendly place. The location really allowed us to be immersed in nature and the nearby areas. Clean. Nice air conditioning. Nice kitchen amenities.

Pillow and mattress was a little too soft. The water pipes also could be heard through the walls of the cabin, which was a little noisy when someone else was using the bathroom.

    10HelenPosted on: 4-8-2025

We stayed in a suite cabin, positioned on road frontage (not busy) in the Park. Well equipped and nicely furnished. BBQ outside. Very close to town, Parkland and walks. Good coffee in the little van cafe on site.

The bed was a little firm for us but that's personal taste. The shower does go hot and cold while neighbours use water I think but not a big problem.

    10MgmPosted on: 3-31-2025

The location was perfect and near to the river and canyon walk. Suitable for families with kids. Staff were approachable and facilities were excellent. It was a wonderful drive going to the accomodation and I would want to come back here and spend more days staying in Bright.
