Comfortable with good beds.

Wifi was unusably slow. In fairness I think internet is a bit of a problem in that area and mobile phone coverage is very bad.

Taps in the hand basin very hard to turn off. This resulted in tap handle falling off several times as the locking cap came loose due to pressure. I forgot to ask for a cutting from the long stemmed rose out the front - my failing.

Very clean, well organised rooms. On the main Road to Bright.

Our arrival was delayed and because there we did not arrive by 8pm there was no one at reception. We have small children and were waiting a long time before he eventually answered the phone with a bad attitude. This was very poor service. No one called to check if we were coming and 8pm is ridiculously early to expect guests arriving from afar to arrive. Very disappointing!

Bed too soft, room too noisy cause next room had their TV on all night.

Nice place, big rooms and bike storage so very convenient place to stay when doing the rail trail

Basic motel in the heart of Myrtleford, very close to Mount Buffalo, Bright and Beechworth, well worth the price.

Rooms were slightly dated, but the bed was comfy and the shower was OK,all in nothing really to complain about.

Friendly, welcoming staff on arrival. Easy walking distance to meals, bakeries & shops etc. Great pool for a relaxing swim in the hot summer heat. On a main road but no traffic noise, roller blind curtains excellent for keeping the heat out of rooms & privacy.

Being woken up by a couple loudly talking in the private cottage & having a debate that everyone else didn't need to hear at 7am on Sunday morning!

Extremely poor WiFi.......20× signs and instructions everywhere.Toilet required multiple flushes.....rec. stunk of stale tabbaco

Decor a bit dated. No power outlets in the second room. Powered outlets only on one side of bed.

Room was large, clean and had amenities including, mini fridge. Kettle, microwave, hair dryer

Bed was very uncomfortable, room had strong smell of cleaners and old age, room decor well passed use by date

Microwave is a bit old system but still it works. Cant complain.

It was dated and in need of upgrading, painting. There was no hot water. The electric blankets did not work. (Middle of winter)
