Quiet location near grocery stores

Stove didn't work so we were moved to another cabin.2nd cabin wasn't as nice as the first one.

Good location and friendly staff.

Cabin had a weird smell, like dirty curtains.

The park is well located not too far from the city centre . I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the park is . The grounds are well maintained and all the staff we spoke to were pleasant and friendly .The cabin we selected met our requirements for an overnight stay .

Only stayed overnight and had no issues .

Very basic accommodation, however, clean. Rooms are very noisy - you can hear everything around you.Location is in an industrial area, on the outskirts of town, which is not the nicest.

It was a quiet park with really clean rooms. The staff were kind and easy to approach, they were also very friendly and welcoming.

We had a very short stay as we were driving through. The late check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly.Our cabin had everything you needed and it was good value for money.

It is not the most modern set up but it is value for money and was comfortable.

People revving their cars up at 6.45 waking everyone up, ready for their rally etcIt was ridiculous, certainly did not need that after a 9 hour drive

Location closes to Close, wooly, KFC, MCD. and cheap to stay.

Always every year we are stay they haven't improve the connection of the Wifi.

Love the whole experience. From the lovely reception to the clean cabins and exceptional comfortable beds. A home away from home.

Nothing to dislike.

Always a happy environment from the wonderful staff at reception to the visitors in the park. Always friendly and welcoming. Love the new laundry at the end of the new shower facilities.

Quiet. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, good shower, all necessities in kitchen area.

Furniture and curtains a bit tired.

Very clean and comfortable stay for our little country road trip. Loved that it accepted pets! Beds were comfortable and the entire unit / cabin was very clean. Heating worked very well and even though we didn't need to cook this time, the kitchen was well set up and clean. It was larger than we though too.

Booking process was easy. The linen was lovely crisp and clean. The grounds looked nice and tidy.

I read the other comments and I feel like we were in a different park. It just wasn’t a good experience for us. The cabin was very old, It didn’t feel or smell clean. The carpet is old and filthy and the two hot plates provided were hopeless to cook on. . We left as early as we could.

Very accomodating and kind. Easy to find and felt safe and comfortable.

We love Benalla Tourist Park, communal amenities, dog off leash area are great. Have stayed multiple times over the years in our van

We would normally stay here in our caravan (we have stayed multiple times), this was the first time that we needed to stay in one of the standard cabins - unfortunately extremely outdated fittings (stove, dining, slightly dusty curtains etc..) but the most disappointing was the beds were very uncomfortable

We were late and had to get the poor host out of the pool to let us in (it was after hours and 42 degrees).The cabin was lovely and clean with comfy beds, great aircon, and everything we needed for a great price.Thank you Tracey for a lovely flying visit ? (pool was divine)
