Comfort Inn Benalla

The room was only just adequate space wise for 3 adults, otherwise comfortable and in a good location.

The room was only just adequate space wise for 3 adults a larger room would have suited us.

Good clean and just outside of town. Staff were brilliant

The room was very clean and had all the things needed for an overnight stay. It was located reasonably close to the City Centre. Despite being booked out it was very quiet.

As with most motels not much room on the vanity to put things.

The room was clean.Good hot water pressure in the shower.

Not much room for luggage or clothes storage. Not suitable for a longer stay.

Enjoyed the breakfast as requested. location ideal. staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable accommodation.

The indoor pool was not heated.

Really lovely staff beautifully clean and don't expect your bed to be made and roomed cleaned until we left so thank you for that.Eas just surprised there was no kitchen or place to was dishes in the deluxe room. But all good managed ok.Overall beautiful clean room and very handy location.Staff lovely as wellThank you for the stay!

Just not having a kitchenette to at least wash dishes.

Was a very clean property nice and quiet. The staff were very nice.

I liked everything

Clean. Fresh. Etc. Decor was good.

The room was too hot and the single bed not very comfortable.

Rooms were clean and modern and well appointed.

The pool could have been heated and spa jets didn’t work. This did not affect our stay.

First time staying at a motel and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were small but spacious enough for four. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and the lovely staff were helpful in showing us around. The bedding was comfortable and rooms really well kept and clean.

We picked this spot because of the EV charging facilities but were disappointed when we found out on arrival that it wasn’t working.

Comfort, cleanliness, modern bathroom, quiet.

Nil.

Perfect location for us

Bathroom facilities were lovely however stale smell, dead water

The Comfort Inn was clean and well located close to the park and shop. The owners were friendly.

Very nice people lovely rooms great breakfast good sleep

Very nice and quiet room was clean bed comfy

We arrived too late in the evening to order a breakfast so, next morning we went to the nearby, excellent art gallery and had a superb breakfast there as well as an interesting morning in the gallery itself. My partner said she had not had such a good sleep in months as the bed was so comfortable. It was very quiet and clean. The staff were lovely. The facilities were basic but adequate. Good shower with instant hot water.

No complaints

Close enough to walk to everything in Benalla but still quiet - never heard the traffic. Good communication regarding our late arrival. Air con was effective and quiet. Room nice & dark for sleep at night. Renovated since our last stay, and looks good! Also, we were able to watch our new fave TV release on Prime.

I would've liked a microwave in our room as I use a wheatbag for pain relief. Also found the bathroom floor and shower very slippery when wet.

The room and bathroom was impeccably clean and the sheets were very nice quality.

The walls are very thin and I could hear every noise from next door, which can be unpleasant.

Trailer parking, bed was comfortable

Rooms are a bit run down, bathroom has had a little make over

Clean and tidy

Wasn’t happy that the payment was processed by the hotel before I even arrived when I had asked to pay at property
