Not much, location maybe

Extremely loud ac, tv screen all blue hazed, Very young boy checked in, had no idea what was going on, very uncomfortable bed and pillows,

No breakfast was included..

The pool is not temperature controlled. It should have option for hot water keeping the Victoria's weather in view as it is cold most of the time of year.

Apartment was very modern, the kitchen and bathroom were brand new. The size was great and very close to town we could walk to everything. It had a garage for the car.

Apartment needed airing a little - might not have been used much. Not a big deal

New, clean, spacious, good hot water and pressure, kitchen sink, great curtains that really blocks the lights, central location really close to Woollies, McDonalds, KFC, Subway, beautiful surroundings and walkings of Benalla …

Wifi seems not to work at times

Everything was very clean and tidy - cleaner than I expected. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.Excellent location opposite supermarkets with easy walk to cafés, the gallery and around Lake Benalla.

Decor and furnishings could be refreshed to be newer and more modern.

Location was perfect to explore the town . Easy access to cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Very clean and comfortable unit with plenty of supplies to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Only one thing that I would change as a non smoker was the large Ashtrays for cigarette butts located outside each units door.

The people were friendly to a point. They wouldn’t do anything because we booked it through Booking.com that kept tellin

Accommodation was way too small the amount of money we spent

The air conditioner did not seem to work as well as expected It was quite warm and we had to keep it on all night to sleep comfortably but it was still a bit warm

Room was spacious, very clean and had all the little extras to make the stay more comfortable. The meal from the restaurant was excellent and having room service was wonderful, especially for a solo traveller like me.

Kitchenette with a sink. Close to shops. Good layout. Updated (except the well aged sofa).

Need to ask for plates and cutlery. It's beyond comprehension that the owners would create such an inconvenience and annoyance to their guests.

Ease of Check-in/ Check-out. Great Staff. The Pool & surrounding outdoor area - perfect for relaxation. Walking distance to local Parkrun & shops. Having a microwave & toaster!

The double bed was a bit small for my big husband.
