Neat little suite, beautifully clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, very quiet great value for price

The exit was a bit rough to drive

It was all on one level. Although an old motel, there were signs renovations were being done.

More paint and less mould.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was very much appreciated on an extremely hot day. had everything I needed for my stay.

The lock on my door worked, it looked like it had been patched up

The grounds of the Motel were 'tired' and not very inviting. Possibly had new owners and was in process of improving it all.

Two rooms were clean and tidy.

We booked three rooms for five people when checked in around 08.00 pm, one room toilet had roof leakage. We informed reception and asked for room change but no room was available.We vacated that room and accomodated in two rooms.Mr Preet, receptionist, said they will refund us rent of one room that we vacated.But untill today, we didn't receive refund.

I liked the windows and the bedding ☺️

The door was difficult to lock

Desk Clerk was polite, the room met all my requirements. Clean and comfortable, well appointed. Effective window blinds for privacy, good products in bathroom and hospitality areas. No intrusive traffic noise - peaceful.

Entry and exit access, manageable, but both awkward due to roadway configurations.

Room was clean and being able to drive up is super convenient. Staff is great.

There was no one at reception when I arrived (within advertised opening hours) and I had to wait about ten minutes with a other guest. A note with a phone number was left but this isn't helpful without acess to a phone. The WiFi did not work (multiple guests complained about this; it was not just an issue on my end).

This was a same day, last minute booking for a room on a public holiday Friday, so finding any vacancy was a challenge and getting a room at an affordable price point was a nice bonus. It became clear on the outskirts of Melbourne that we would not arrive within the scheduled check-in hours, so a quick phone call to the motel staff resulted in alternative arrangements to collect the key after hours. We were grateful for this, as we were further delayed/significantly detoured due to an incident on the Freeway and were all very ready for a shower and to fall into bed when we finally arrived. The room had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and we were well-rested for continuing our journey in the morning.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. Everything worked in the room.

It was a very old small room and and with some easy improvements it could have been a lot more welcoming. The driveway location makes it very challenging to get to as it's almost off the roundabout. Slightly dangerous I found. Not sure if there is anything much that can be done about that. The price was quite high given the age and quality of the room given other places I have stayed in for the same or only a little more.

Comfortable bed, clean room. The only thing was that the Fridge was noisy

Very spacious and clean room, surprisingly quiet given it is near a main road. We heard no traffic noise at all.

We arrived late in the evening in Benalla. Am glad that the Reception staff took the initiative to ring me with instructions for key collection. The room served its purpose for our stay. However, the light bulbs outside the entrance and the living room were dim. Please change it for the next guest.
