Clean, quiet, always stay here when in Jindy

Very underwhelmed Very old and tiredOver powering smell of cleaning products Not well maintained at all, inside and out. Outside actually neglected The sound proofing is poor, we could actually hear what the people were saying in the next room.

Would like a refund having no hot water at my stay.

Was no hot water .I notified the hotel.And got no response.A hot shower I think it’s one of the basic things that should be in a hotel.no staff at reception.and when I called at check in.the lady that answered seemed very annoyed that I called.no customer service.also when I reach out to them about that I had no hot water.I also mentioned the broken hair dryer.when I came back someone had been in the room with new towels.but no new hair dryer.and no hot water.

Wonderful room overlooking Lake Jindabyne and surrounding mountains. Facilities are brilliant with stove top cooker, microwave, large kitchen sink. Mattresses very comfortable, and very clean room, and shared space. Self check-in experience was real easy, and plenty of parking.

Price and location

Few items missing like utensils, coat hangers which were suppliedWiFi was hit and miss ..may be due to at capacity of number of devices that can do currently connect.

Facilities were good

The bed sheets did not seem to have been changed and when I went to report it, I couldn't find anybody to tell them, so just let it go. But it was disappointing

Bath had rings around it.

That we didn't need to go to reception to check in or check out - absolutely loved that aspect.Beds were comfortable. Even though there were 5 of us in the room, the spacing of the beds was good.

There was a plug where wires were exposed. It looked like it was attempted to be covered up by black electrical tape, but because the additional bed moved around, it caused the tape to come loose.

The location, easy check in and out, availability of parking.

The rooms were really dated

The shower in room 235 turns on with both taps I.e. both the bath tap AND the shower nozzle flow at the same time. The mechanism to choose just one option is broken and would not remain pushed in. This needs to be repaired. The lights did not work in part of the room above the entryway. It was sad not to see a face at reception. We were greeted by a basket of keys to drop off.

The room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the lake.

I was very excited to use the spa bath however when I hopped into it there was no spa!

Spacious room, clean and tidy, good location. easy check in and out procedures. Convenient for a quick work trip.

Internet didn't work. Only one station worked on TV, Building was very shabby.

Room was good. This was a cheap price for the accommodation so I shouldn't expected better.

No outside view. Shower area was almost fearful.

•The room had many spiders, making it unsuitable for staying with kids.•The bathroom had an overwhelming stench, and the bad odor from the toilet and drainage made the room suffocating.•This was the worst stay in terms of hygiene and cleanliness.•The room was very small, with barely any space to move around or store belongings.

Good size room with downstairs and upstairs bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Good quality bedding.

Mostly clean, modern bathroom. Decent sized room with easy access.

Very basic room with outdated decor which is more like a a hostel than a hotel/motel room. Carpet not so clean and was covered in bugs. Very overpriced for the facility and services.

Location was convenient for our activities. Had microwave, toaster, fridge and crockery and cutlery so allowed for a breakfast in the room. Room v small for four. Bedding, towels, and bathroom clean, and bathroom in good nick - shower had good pressure and temp. If only a base to sleep then it’s ok.

Generally run down. Dirty crockery and cutlery in the room. For $195 per night we’re expected to wash our dishes. Obvs previous people didn’t. No lock on bathroom door. Sliding so no privacy. Two single beds on casters so moved with every movement. Sheets rustled with every movement.
