Horizons Lake Jindabyne

Staff was really nice and helpful.Location was excellent opposite to Jindabyne lake with views.Breakfast was good

The hotel is built quite old and that could be seen in the quality of appliances or facilities in room.

The location in Jindabyne was excellent, the room had everything we needed, and as an added bonus it included in-room laundry facilities. The dining room was fantastic as was the location immediately adjacent to Lake Jindabyne. The staff for the hotel and dining room were wonderful - we would definitely staff there again!

Clean, beautiful view, comfortable bed

Good options, limited wifi, dated finishings, getting my suitcase to my room via 3/4 sets of stairs.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the view overlooking the lake was outstanding

The entire complex is looking tired and in need of an upgrade. The beds were too soft for our liking and lacked spinal support. The breakfasts were unexpectedly disappointing. We felt the quality was sub-par and the service was poor, with near-empty dishes of hot food and empty coffee machines taking ages for replacement contents to arrive.

Good location, clean, it was very nice and warm and had a car space right next to our apartment.

Great location. Comfy bed convenient to get to ski slopes and close to shops and restaurants.

The reception building and restaurants were very nice. Fantastic location!

The apartment definitely needs to be updated. The pull out couch was not comfortable and the clothes dryer didn't work.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Nice and clean apartment. Nice lake view from the balcony. The breakfast was a great addition for us to get ready to hit the snow.

Small things such as washing detergent, glad wrap were missing. The wok was in a bad condition and dirty.

No lift access to the lower ground rooms. Allocated car parking sometimes get occupied and we end up searching for another allotment.

The accomodation sitting on the side of Lake Jindabyne was perfect to unwind after a long drive from the centre off NSW.

Restaurant not open, however we appreciate the fact that it was off season and renovations are being undertaken!

The staff were so lovely and attentive!! Room was perfect, what a great bonus the washing machine.

The dryer didn’t seem to work

The room was pretty good and bed super comfy but I think it was a double not a queen. breakfast was ok.

Very late check in, promised building works would not impact, yet we couldn’t park our car hemmed in and get in or out during stated times. Accomodation was clean. Breakfast was fantastic staff for breakfast were lovely

Very nice place but needs a bit of maintenance in room . Lounge had stains all over them and in different spots not clean .

Woderful views, the staff were friendly and helpful and close to the national park. The facility is a bit run down and outdated but fine.

Was informed 2 days before arrival that construction was happening at hotel (construction had been underway for some weeks), giving no time to consider change. Bistro area windows covered up for construction. In our room, only one Free to air channel available on TV and no hot water available from kitchen sink. Reception tried to fix both with no success. Was told on arrival restaurant was open Tuesday but is closed every Tuesday. Wednesday night we were told it was booked out but restaurant was in darkness when we arrived back at hotel at 7:30pm after going to nearby restaurant. You had to be quick at breakfast as food would quickly run out (limited supply of scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, fruit juice and bread for toast). Staff were doing the best they could under circumstances and always pleasant.
