Cons -
- The noise! The rooms were not at all soundproof and could hear everything.
- Quality of Room and Beds. Heating was not not good when winter was on peak. No drinking water tap you have to use the toilet washbasin to clean your hands and use the same tap to shove the dirty kettle provided to get some water for making tea.
- We selected a large family room , large bed and a bunk bed. However when we arrive there at midnight, receptionist ask us to pay extra for our kids, 8yo and 9yo…. So we paid extra $100/ night

Great location, clean tidy rooms.
Communication from staff during a fire alarm was lacking.
Comfy accommodation good size room helpful staff ?
Staff were lovely, tried to be helpful. Like, really good people.
The place was just dark, gloomy, kind of had the vibe that I was there as a priveliee to me - which, honestly in the Australian ski fields (excellent as they are) this isn't unusual. It's a seller's market.
great location good room and shower facilities
A good motel, quiet and really friendly staff that were readily available to assist us. A number of amenities there, including a ski drying room.I was quite satisfied and would definitely revisit.
About 2km from the centre of town, but nothing that can be done to address this. There is a direct footpath that goes to town.
The location was good.rooms fairly quiet
It's a little run down and the beds are very flat and uncomfortable
Spacious rooms, with bunk beds - great for families. The bathroom looks recently renovated, it's clean and large. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is convenient. The location is good if you have a car, close to the town centre but in a quiet road.
The decor of the rooms is basic. If you don't have a car, the location is not good (the motel is on the edge of town, you will have a steep walk from town centre).
The room was good for one person for one night. All the facilities worked and the bathroom had been renovated. Checkin was smooth using online tools and a lock box for the key. Common drying room available for snow gear.
The room had six beds in it, two chairs and no table. Just a small bench for tea and coffee making. It was good for sleeping only. I would not like to be in their with six people on a rainy day or week long holiday. Drying room has no door lock so anyone can access it at anytime.
Great shower pressure, warm and affordable. Perfect for a boys trip away
Location is good, close to a variety of food options
cleanliness could've been a bit better. Had issues with loud neighbours beside and above us. Loud banging and footsteps all night made it hard to sleep. No assistance from staff when asked multiple times :(

There was blood on one of the bunk bedThe carpet was filthyThe whole room was full of dust from the old carpet, we were not able to sleep whole nightEven the water cattle was full of dustThe shower water was cold when the next room shower was used
The location was good.
The lock on the front door was broken. The lock and window to the balcony (which was shared with the room next door) was broken. The floor was filthy like no one had vacuumed before we arrived (tissues under the bed and chips on the floor). The beds were poorly made and looks like the quilt covers haven’t been washed in years. The restaurant section smelled which traveled to the rooms so it smelled like Chinese food the entire time.We asked for a paper plate and were asked to pay $1 per plate. What a joke.Very disappointing with the accommodation. Even if it’s budget you would expect it to be clean and safe at the very least.
Close to town. Quiet area of town. Off street parking.
Old building lacking maintenance. Contact free check-in & check-out system, didn't see any staff. Staff not overly friendly over the phone. Late check-in time of 1500 and no flexibility around this.
Poor
There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom meaning after every shower the room was damp. Mould was on the roof and everything in the bathroom stayed wet. There was a lot of noise from the common area well into the night which could be heard from our room very clearly.
It was close to everything
We are staying here every year, usually we are in room 12 or 13 but this time we got room 23.Our big Bed was really uncomfortable Kids bunk beds were making so much noise we couldn’t sleep all night.Bathroom was not cleaned at all there was so much dust in the bathroom and hair everywhere. We also didn’t have anywhere to hang our clothes. We stayed here for 4days our towels were dirty I asked if they could give us more towels they gave us only 2 towels for 5 of us
The facilities provided are good and every basic in motel rooms is prepared very well.
The bathroom needs a shower curtain. No additional lock as it was broken.
Room is a good size. Location is good.
We had no bathroom door and no resolution offered. I suggested a small refund as the room is $500 a night. I was told the owners of this hotel live overseas and do not care about customer service or reviews as they have a captive market. Very disappointing. Totally over priced.
