Yuki Inn Jindabyne

Actual room, bed and linen was clean, room had a good size cupboard. The location was great, place was warm.

The shower had black mold needs to be cleaned better. The bunk beds squeaked a lot every time someone moved. We had to put the top mattresses on the floor.

Location and convenience

No TV - assume nowadays all properties have at least a TV! Walls thin and could hear people next to you

The staff are friendly. The room is reasonably big

The kettle is rusty

Location was good, 24-hr self check in was nice but would have been good to know before hand.

There was no staff around and the information booklet provided in the room was clearly out of date.

Great location, comfortable room and enjoyable downstairs areas.

The door was quite difficult to open/close as the top half was covering the door frame.

The location was walking distance to everything in town

Shame there was no breakfast available while we were there They also need better carpenters/handymen as vanity and towel rails were falling off the wall, and door didn’t close easily.

Property has potential.

Urine stained beds, so uncomfortable, the mattress had to be swapped to another urine stained bed. Rooms were disgustingly dirty, clothing left behind from past guests. No service at all. 2 Adults expected to use the same towel, 1 piece of soap for 4 days.The kitchen/bar were closed for the season and still advertised as open on the booking. Not a central location to Jindabyne town centre.

Excellent location, car park and shops close by.

There wasn’t much to like. Besides the location it was horrific.

Tiles were falling off the shower walls. Only gave the four of us one roll of toilet paper and with no onsite staff we could not get any more. Live exposed 240v electrical connection for exhaust fan in the shower. There were holes in the walls. Previous guests hair was left in the shower, on the pillows and sheets, and on the towels. There were previous guest faeces on the toilet and towels. Previous guests cigarettes were left all over the balcony. It was like the room was never cleaned. The pictures are very deceiving the rooms are tiny.

Small rooms. Unclean beds. Poorly equipped kitchenette. Dirty and poorly equipped common area.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, there was scum around the taps. Unfortunately the bar and food service was not available but no big deal

When other guest have the same key, so they can enter my room, thank God my wife and I are still in dress

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Close to town. The beds were comfy and the room was cosy. Easy and convenient 24hr check in. Mini fridge, kettle and microwave were great to have. Heater was great. Parking was easy and accessible. Pool table was fun.

Unfortunately, bunk beds were very loud and squeaky. No restaurant/bar open this year, which we didn't know about prior. No bowls/plates or cutlery. Water needed to be used from bathroom sink. Hair dryer and one of the lamps didn't work. Walls are not sound proof and you can hear conversations in the rooms next door.

Noisy, next to construction site, overpriced small room, no breakfast, no service or contact with staff

Very warm and cozy environment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip to the snow. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay again.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, and was missing a bath mat on the cold tiled floor. However, upon requesting one, we had fresh towels and a bath mat when getting home that same day. Thank you.

Best budget-friendly stay in Jindabyne. Nice common areas to hang out.

In-house restaurant was closed with no sink to clean up after ourselves.

Staff were very friendly

TV in room didn’t work. There were half empty alcohol bottles everywhere and the place was messy.

Overly priced, no kitchen, common areas extremely dirty
