Pros +
- This location is not a hotel, it's a 2 room cottage with a separate toilet & shower. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the overnight stay.
- I arrived late after riding my bicycle through the Jagungal Wilderness. I had accidently booked a cedar cabin, and when I contacted the owers to upgrade the cabin to one with an ensuite, they went above and beyond to assist me. I was able to upgrade to their premium cabin which had been recenttly renovated. The cabin was huge with all the facilites I needed with the bonus of a heated bathroom floor and heated towel rail. It was a perfect spot which meant I avoided a wet night in my tent.
- The possums and kangaroos around the trees.
Cons -
- Nothing!
- That there wasn't a bathroom and toilet in our room. It was way too far and it was scary to walk there in the middle of the night.
- Nothing at all — the cabin was clean, close to everything, really peaceful, and we even enjoyed marshmallows by the fire.

Rakesh was very helpful and friendly, which made the whole stay smooth and welcoming. The cabin was modern, clean, and comfortable for my family. We also received an upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise.

Manager was very helpful on arrival, friendly and accomodating.Room comfortable, shower really nice!
WIfi was weak but can understand why with the location.
Great location. Superior Chalet is awesome with heated floor in bathroom. Parking is just at door step.
Poorly run
We didn't stay because the office was unattended, the bell you press couldn't hear the person, no one came after we waited. No phone reception to be able to call anyone. Drove around looking for someone with no luck. Ended up leaving. Sent an email to them and as per usual of companies gave a speal about their policies and refused a refund.
Convenient for Kosciusko and the mountains. Very clean and modern bathroom block with excellent shower. Reasonable amount of equipment in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable.
Inside was obviously refurbished but outside deck and surrounds very unkempt. Fire places not in a good place and dirty. No chairs to sit outside so as we weren’t camping we were confined to inside. The bunk beds had not so lovely plastic mattresses. Having to pay very expensive rates for wifi as there was no network availability even for Telstra. Not very friendly staff.
Shared bathroom facilities were clean and modern. Cabin had everything I needed for my stay. Location is great for getting to various day hikes.
Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.
Lovely location and the cabin was very clean and had everything you need. Nice to be able to have a fire and look at the stars
The double bed was hard
Great place to stay for a few nights while exploring the National Park. Friendly/helpful staff and comfortable accommodation.Thanks.
Close to where we need to be, saw many wild animals
You have to pay for the WiFi and only one device to one order, I didn’t need it, but thinking of the oversea travelers , could save lives Place smelt like moulds
Easy access to facilities. Very clean. Staff very helpful
It was ok. Difficult to rate staff as there is none. Basically your key comes out of a machine and you put it back in box. Sure you can ring and get help, so not overly pushing this.
General maintenance of the grounds. Both the grounds and the buildings could use some TLC. It seems they want it to run with no one.
Very tidy room and very reasonably priced (approx. $150), however i suspect in Winter these rates will be very different. The room had everything you would need for a peaceful weekend away.
The TV has no practical use unless you bring your own laptop or HDD with movies on it. Even free to air channels couldn't be watched and data was charged at a obscene price ($5 per 300Mb - which given the location was expected, but given you can get Starlink these days is unreasonable).
It was clean and everything looked newly refurbished. The towel rack in the bathroom was heated. The was a spot for a campfire outside the cabin. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed.
Everything was behind a pay wall. Internet, pay extra. Sheets for another bed because you are on a trip with your brother which I made clear when booking, pay extra (if you could find a staff member, we couldn't.) I was happy to pay at the vending machine, the machine was disconnected from the Internet and it didn't work. Booking was a nightmare, I booked and paid through booking.com everything paid at once, soon after booking I received a passive aggressive message saying I needed to pay more, I tried calling the facility they didn't answer the first time I called, once I finally got through they told me payment hasn't cleared and I need to confirm with booking.com. I called the customer support of booking.com and they also couldn't get through to the facility. Eventually I reached an agreement with booking.com to sort me out if there were any issues on arrival, thankfully there weren't.
Bathrooms were immaculate. Cabin perfectly adequate.
There was a bad smell from the septic tanks nearby
Great location right in between Jindabyne and the start of the summit walk from Charlottes Pass. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless and the cabins had everything you needed. Would definitely stay again when I am in the area
Simple comfortable convenient location - I’ve stayed here several times and will be back.
We had a very basic cabin but nothing to dislike
Environment was ice. Seeing g kangaroos at the entry was great for our overseas friends. Rooms were nice.
More exensiclve than the equivalent hotel. Pretty sure I read the fee covers entry into The National Park. However, I still got charge at gate.
