Igor was exceptionally helpful and consistently responsive, even during late hours. I was highly impressed by his availability and the courteous, professional manner in which he managed our interaction.

There were many beds in the room.

The linen and towels didn't seem to be washed and they all had stains.

Lost my car space when I returned from a visit to nearby Jindabyne another car was in my spot. Car spaces should be numbered to room numbers. If more than one car per room, other cars should park off site.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable, good for family to stay and affordable.

Is all good but only the internet was bad .

Disappointed, not worth for the money

Bed sheets n towels were very dusty, found stains n hair in the towels. There were too many stains n too much dust on the bed sheets and pillows. Heating was not good in the room. Myself n my kids couldn't sleep properly due to dirty sheets. We will never stay or recommend this Motel to anyone.

Room heater was not working in one room, and he didn’t do anything after complaints, we sleep whole night in freezing.

The owner was very accomodating and made sure we have all we need.

Overall rating it was very good! The room is spacious, can even accomodate a big family at a very affordable price, it just needs a little table for eating which was only lacking.

The owner was really nice and available for late check. Super flexible. The room also very clean and bed was great compared to other motel that I stayed in the passed.

A bit of different to snow mountain but still good?

Location is great, Beds were nice and comfy though needed an extra doona for main bed. Restaurant was good and food was simple but tasty.Breakfast was standard continental breaky and was filling.

no over night parking available but staff accommodated our needs. Room was not as warm as hoped. needed an extra doona for main bed. An Update on the heaters would be of benefit.Downside there was rubbish left in the vanity drawers. Needs a few cups in the room for a drink.

Great budget option for snow accommodation. Rooms were warm, showers hot, breakfast provided onsite at no extra cost and there is a good hotel bar too for a sneaky drink after a day on the slopes.

The mattresses were a tad uncomfortable but still workable and you want to get up early anyway! Also would be great if the bar stayed open a little bit later.

Very conveniently located for access to the ski fields

It was very expensive for accommodation at a budget motel.

Mattress comfy, clean, lots of teas and coffees, and milk, thick towels. Can't complain!

The owner, the cleanliness. Rooms are better than the photo.

Heater made it a little too hot, but it's common issue with anywhere else. Even four star hotel got the same issue so I'm not fussy with it. Just need to switch off the heater.

- **heater on four hour timer — woke cold in the night and had to restart it- stove top didn’t work properly - needed to light with matches, which were provided upon request - had to empty own bins (for the price they could pay staff for this!)- very expensive for a basic room- kitchen utensils need upgrading- not great shower head

Very friendly staff on check in, simple but comfortable accommodation, quiet, clean. Highly recommended for access to snow fields

The heating was great given the season but being able to control the time settings and temperature would have been more ideal.Location is great however the presentation and property as a whole needs to be revamped.

Furniture seems quite old but still operable. The price was quite expensive but I suppose that's because of the peak season. Also wasn't able to locate a laundromat besides the dry room.No active options for dining despite there being a restaurant on site.
