Breakfast was the same everyday

Only got one towel and it was worn and over used. They had events with loud music late into the night.

Breakfast and food great. The manager and Anthony were very kind and helpful.

The towels was too old and disgusting .Very noisy place , if you want a quiet place avoid .

It’s a clean place.

The TV in the room is too small and image quality is poor.Didn’t enjoy my premier league match.

The location is excellent close to the airport and for getting out of the city. Besides that, staff is always friendly while service is good and quick. Breakfast with the raisin bread is worth it.It s a personal touch when after 6 months staff recognizes you.

Wifi in the rooms itself is to improve but is ok in the restaurant

Restaurant. The food is not that good. The service is sociable but lazy and less efficient.

It’s calm and breakfast was good.

The towels provided were not okay. Had black dots and seem not clean. And no lift, you have to struggle with your suitcase or bag to climb the stairs as there was no help provider or available.

The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal for me.

The TV in my room was not working.

The outdoor was more present table then the inside

The room were old charging sockets were falling out, my towel was very dirty and once asked for new ones it was still stained

The view when inside the hotel is nice. The beds are clean, well made and the rooms are spacious.

The restaurant doesn't serve any African food and from the options they have on the menu, they can't even cook European food.

The breakfast was correct not extra but correct. Same thing every morning

The wifi in the hotel didn't work at all and the first room I stayed in smelled musty. When I complained, they changed my room the next day. The toilet in the new room was not clean. And the shower sink had water running down it. I told the manager about it and he said he would send someone to fix it but it didn't happen. However he told me he had technicians come to fix the wifi but it was worse. At reception they invited me to go down around the pool or to my balcony for a better connection. I had to go into town every day to work. And when I come home in the evening, there is a pool party every night. It's not easy to sleep with all the noise. I still wanted to extend my stay by two days because I had to move far into the city and they refused my extension and only after explaining that I was out of town did they agree. But unfortunately I was already on my way home when I saw their message. And when I left that morning, as usual, there is no one at the reception until 7am, I left my clothes at linger instructing the lady serving breakfast to give this to the receptionist when she arrived, but I found my laundry where I left it in the morning. He explained to me that I had not put in the card which I recall was not in the room. Anyway, for the price they charge, they should increase the quality of the service. I am still in Conakry for a week but I had to go to another hotel

WHILE CHECKING OUT I WAITED HALF AN HOUR FROM 8 TO 8:30 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP I HAD TO LEAVE AND THEY DID NOT CREDIT MY CARD.THEY SAID I HAV TO WRITE AN EMAIL TO ROMEO.THAT THEY WILL REIMBURSE THE REMAINING AMOUNT THEN.THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

The AC was leaking inside our room. They did not fix it or change our room. We slept in the room listening to water dripping all night and the floor was soaked in water
