Good size Quite Fridge.Everything you needed to cater for B/fast. Quite A/C Good size room .Recently Renovated Bathroom.

Staff service was very attentive.The beds were very comfortable.

Our room was on the main road and truck noise was a problem. There was a heater in both rooms but they were too loud to run while you were sleeping. When we woke up there were ants all over the bathroom basin. It did not reassure us that it had been cleaned properly. In the main room there was no curtain over the frosted glass all around and over the front door. Light and sound just came through this glass.

A lovely sizeable room, large bed and very comfortable.

Bathroom sliding door has too much of a gap.

Nothing we didn’t like

This is our second stay here and we returned because of our previous great experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained, comfortable beds. We arrived in the morning and staff did their upmost to have our room ready after I told them we had a lunch in Jindabyne and would like to freshen up after a long drive. We would stay here again!

Lovely new bathroom with spa bath was a bonus and we actually weren't expecting a pool! It did say it was heated but it didn't feel like it. Didn't matter and I would hope that they wouldn't keep it heated ongoing in the event that someone may use the pool as it would use a lot of energy. Very tidy and well kept place.

Bed was ok but was what I usually expect in a motel. The only cutlery I saw was tea spoons but I didn't look harder. We managed with our cereal.

Room was quite large. Crockery was quite good.

Sounds carried between rooms. Some upgrading but still a little careworn. Really odd window to indoor pool. Thought it was a little pricey.

Very helpful manager, and the cleanliness of our unit. The newly renovated bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

Great location and everything that you need for a week away. Was able to have breakfast in our room before we headed off for the day and looked forward to a hot shower and a cuppa when we got home.

Unfortunately the pool was out of action - would have been great to have a dip on the really hot days :(Plus the walls aren't very well insulated for sound - we got to experience our neighbour's snoring for a couple of nights then felt like we had ring side seats for some pretty heated arguments!!

Warmly welcomed. The manager went out of her way to explain how everything worked in our room. She also recommended places for dinner without me having to ask. She could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped with plates, cutlery, fridge, kettle etc. The bed was really comfortable. Great for an overnight stay. We enjoyed Cooma.

My parents stayed here for a night and were very happy with location, cleanliness, and friendliness.

Apart from some traffic noise the room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Kinross Inn.

The manager was kind and extremely helpful. Incredibly accommodating. Made our stay easy and stress free. We stayed here to attend a wedding and they made all accommodations for us to collect our key early.Will certainly stay here again. And even just find a reason to do so.

An extra towel or two would have been nice.

Unhappy customers

we could not check in because they had no record of our booking and were fully booked, so we had to find the last room in town at the last minute for a dearer price and we are not happy with booking.com
