The new units are clean, modern, comfortable and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was lovely and spacious with a great view and balcony. I was upgraded without extra charge which was lovely. Since I was travelling for work it meant I had room to do my exercises which is not always the case on a work trip. Having a kitchenette was also a bonus.

It will be much nicer once the landscaping is complete.

Very modern facilities. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The size of the bedroom is quite small, only good for a couple and overnight stay.

No hooks to hang your bathrobe or pajama when changing clothes

Rooms were comfortable, more importantly they were clean. The rooms were well insulated and stayed warm with the AC set at 21'C. The mattress was just the right firmness to relax on after a day of Skiing in the mountains.The layout of the room was practical with an ensuite and a kitchen dividing the 2 rooms. Our family was arriving early, we called ahead of time with the receptionist, she was very helpful and allowed us to check-in early and unload some of our luggage before heading to the snows. The cleaner was understanding even though we interrupted her cleaning of the room for our early arrival.

I stayed at Room 15, some of the other rooms must've had arrived with more than 1 car. They took up spots outside our room. Would be good if the car spots are marked with the room number and rooms with additional cars needs to park elsewhere. This will help with loading/unloading the car as the area right outside the room is no parking. Our friends in Rm16 said their neighbouring Rn17 was playing music late into the morning. The common area had strict no alcohol policy, it would be nice to just have a few responsible drinks to unwind after a day of skiing as there are limited options in Cooma. We didn't want to drink outside our rooms in case we disturb the other guests.

Nice and tidy inside, the shower was good. TV was good.

Constant banging noise in the middle of the night. Probably some construction but we kept waking up in the middle of the night because of it.Shower needs a door to avoid splashing all over floor.

Although they were renovating before the peak season, but during my visit they offered a newly built room. Staff was friendly, supportive and appreciative of the fact that some renovations are going on and willing to offer one of the new rooms. Rooms were spacious, with couple of chairs outside makes a decent seating arrangement - particularly with kids.

Perhaps their common place needs bit uplift and maintenance otherwise no issues

Nice location away from Highway, clean and comfy.

A very clean and comfortable room, with everything included that we needed. The views back across the valley to the centre of town were beautiful. Even with the obvious work going on at the hotel, we were not disturbed by noise or obstruction and the finished work is set to look amazing. Showers were hot and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed.

Renovated rooms, bathroom, location.

Tiny rooms, huge pillows, no space to turn or no counter space. Outside the rooms/main reception was a dump, nothing like the photos they use to market it. I wouldn’t stay again.

Exellent facilities; rooms have been recently renovated and quality is excellent. Great views too.

Great location, first-rate facilities and friendly staff!We travel quite regularly to Cooma and have found a favourite "home away from home" with the High Country!!This is our third stay and once again it didn't disappoint ?

I stay at a lot of different types of accommodations for work purposes and this was hands down the best. We got in quite late as we were just passing through and the lady on reception I wish I got her name Sharron maybe? Was one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken to. She was so accommodating, and went above and beyond for our family.

The staff were friendly and able to accommodate a late check in. The refurbished rooms are great and have a big fridge/freezer, big TV, comfy beds pillows and an awesome shower. Been staying here when passing through for 20 years and will continue to do so.

It's not a short walk to town centre.

I understand that they are renovating but there was a lot of excavators and workers around the motel
