Nebula Motel

Clean, good location, quiet

Small room

Everything was clean and newer such as the sheets etc Everything worked nicely and the staff were very pleasant

Well set out and appointed room. Very clean.

Very hard to find the wi-fi password and read it as it was faded.

Clean and comfortable beds, with electric blankets. The aircon was great and the rooms were quiet so you did not have to worry about hearing anyone coming or going

Perfect location , tea coffee, clean , microwave a bonus ,

Mattress was a little uncomfortable, beige blanket under doona cover has seen better days

Staff always friendly, rooms always clean and comfortable

Nothing I didn’t like

Great location, easy check in and friendly staff! The room was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to everything in town. Owners very friendly and looked after all the guests.

Parking right outside. Easy checkin and check out. Nice comfortable rooms. Lady in reception very nice and accommodating.

Fantastic location. Super comfy beds and loved how we were offered a small container of fresh milk on arrival for our tea and coffee.

The property was well located and central to everything. The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the staff were lovely.

Can’t fault the property

Clean, great location, friendly staff. Walking distance to shops and pubs.

Fabulous room well laid out Felt cosy and comfortable Excellent shower

friendly staff despite an accident i had in the room reported it and told not to worry even though i offered an extra cleaning cost, Location, location

The room and surrounds where impeccable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for 2

The only thing that disappointed was there was no availability of breakfast which would have made the stay perfect

The Nebula is very close to the town centre, you can walk to any of the restaurants, club, or the great pub -The Cooma Hotel. The lady on reception was very friendly and extremely helpful with info about eateries in town. The room, although being in what is essentially an old motel which has been modernised (and is therefore a bit small), has a new bathroom, air-conditioning, and TV. There is also an Aldi capsule coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable! It is faultlessly clean (a huge plus!!). Despite the negative mentioned in this review, we've stayed in worse, and the cleanliness saved everything!

The main light in our room did not work, so everything was very dimly lit in the night and morning. The room has no open-able windows, so there is no fresh air! In a very small 'old school' motel room, not so pleasant for sleeping.

Everything in room needed for a great stay, very helpful staff

There were smoking buckets outside each room and smoke wafted to where we were trying to relax. Smokers should have been given a designated area away from accomodation.

Check in person was so friendly and polite. Room was very clean , and modern. Nice selection of tea and coffee to accompany the kettle and fridge. Linens on bed were clean and modern. Location is good for local eateries. Outside spaces of motel are very clean and well kept. Very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our experience and I’m glad I picked this hotel! We got a family room as there was a few of us. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and Netflix on the TV! The products like shampoo and conditioner that are supplied in the bathroom were lovely too. Great scent and nicely presented!

This was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Also, given the walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes, teh location was fabulous

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff and walking distance to our function.
