- Not very clean, cockroaches evident, bathroom floor swept but needs a good scrub. Dirty blanket on foot of bed. No decor to speak of to make the room homely, lamps torn and probably should have new shades added for little cost and would add some aesthetic value to room. Bed was uncomfortable.

Comfortable beds, clean linen. Older style motel. Check in and check out seamless.Friendly helpful staff. Ask for plates and cutlery at reception if wanting to eat in rooms as none provided but staff very obliging.

It is an older property and in need or a tidy up. Taps need new washers in shower.Room smelly, seems to be from the bathroom floor drain, was fine after I poured water down it.

The room was not to my standard,it was not freshly cleaned and the sheets felt like they were still dirty.on previous stays the quality was much better.
Bed was comfortable so we had the good sleep we needed.
Room and ensuite were quite old.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was much easier than anticipated with the large car trailer. Rooms close together with friends. Older style shower head made for a really nice shower.
It was at the end of town so not so busy. Opposite food outlets.
The fact that the business goes under 2 names We booked under Red Hill.motel of which there was no signage when the sign states Cooma motel. Went around the block a few times.
