Situation

No bedside lamps, non-functioning tv remote.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were really comfortable.

Staff were lovely to deal with. Very helpful & accommodating.

The room was tidy and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. All necessary items were in place. Beds were super comfy and enough for the family. Felt much relaxed.Arrived late night. We got a good guide for the key collection.

Great location, comfy bed, very very clean unit. Looks to have been recently refurbished with new kitchenette and bathroom. Would have loved to stay longer.

For a 40 degree day the pool was fantastic. They had floating devices to use as well. I also appreciated how they were thoughtful and had us all spread apart for extra privacy

The pool and spa and comfy bed were just what we needed after a long drive. The kangaroos grazing on the lawn was great to watch.

Needed maintenance. Pool needed a clean, mirror light in bathroom not working, etc

Clean sheets and room.

Air conditioning didn't cool the room despite all the controls saying otherwise.SPA pool water appeared frothy and dirty.Bins outside the room were full with ants crawling over them.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioned room was cosy.

The pool needed to be filtered and the bbq area was not clean. We were unable to use those facilities as they had not been cleaned from the previous use from other guests in previous days.

The room was clean modern and comfortable. Loved that there was a pool and spa on site.

The pool was not clean enough to put your head under the water… we only used it because we were there on 40+ degree days. The pool walls were grimy and there was no automatic pool cleaner in sight to clean the dirt and muck off the bottom.Unfortunately the spa was too dirty and unusable.

We arrived late and didn’t see any staff but the beds were so comfortable we slept like logs. The room smelt fresh and not stuffy. The sliding door to outside was fantastic

Great hotel we changed at the last minute because of an air-conditioner that didn’t work at the Kingswood hotel and the staff are more than willing to accommodate. The air-conditioner was great and nice clean apartment with a beautiful pool.

The room was clean & comfortable & equipped with all we needed for our stay.

Great relaxed atmosphere and a very neat and tidy set up. The outdoor bbq area was the best! those blinds you can open and close and the fact that it was not too close to the rooms so we could stay up and chat.

Could have done with towel exchanges more regularly and toilet paper etc.

Location was perfect for us. Love the comfy beds and the light and bright vibe of the place. Dinner at The Bend was amazing, as was the view of the bend in the river. Toc has a great vibe this time of year. The grassy facilities were very family friendly.

It looks like we wouldn't be able to get our boat under the reception carport if we came again.

Easy walk through to the golf club for dinner. Backs on to a creek. Quiet location. Very clean.

Slippery tiles in the bathroom. Curtains not hung properly.
