Love the location and view from the elevated cabins. Quiet and peaceful.

Cabins quite unclean on our arrival but it did get rectified after we bought it to their attention.

The cabin was a little pricey for why I was there but the outcome was achieved. I love the river location, the park is clean, the park is quiet when it needs to be and I love the wildlife

My cabin could have been a little cleaner

Lovely site Very friendly and helpful staff . Cabin beautiful with everything needed provided . Nice lake with ducks very peaceful.

I did not like the dirt road between the highway to the venue . It was dangerous when cars were passing . Hopefully the local council may be co-operative and pave the track .

The location to the Murray and also the shared facilities

Our cabin was over priced for its inclusions. Only a small bar fridge (not even with a freezer compartment), cabin floor was sandy and dirty too.

Standard cabin was very cramped.

EVERYTHING!! We had a great time and all of us absolutely loved our time there. The pizza was delicious. Staff were awesome.

It's a bit of a goat track to get into but that's all part of the fun.

Receptionist ?Tina was very rude and made us feel like criminals when we left, they were having issues with their payment system and she told us we would have to drive all the way back to pay, even thought another staff member had said it was okay for us to leave

We had a lovely stay here. Facilities were great! We saw a koala in the matter of minutes upon arrival which my kids were stoked about. Great location too. Thanks for having us!

Great location and check-in procedures with gate codes really easy. Cabin was clean, warm and perfect for the occasion.

Access road was flooded but with a 4wd presented little problem.

Nice, quiet area if you’re looking to escape reality for a while. Just a heads-up we didn’t get any phone service while we were there, which made it pretty difficult as we were there for work.

Here’s a cleaned-up version of your message The location we booked was listed as being in Koonoomoo, but after booking, we found out it was actually about 20 minutes out of town which felt really misleading. The road into the caravan park is a 3km dirt track, which would be fine if it wasn’t full of massive potholes. The road was terrible it even cracked my car window, and I had to get it replaced when I got home.When we checked in, they told us it was getting tarred the following week, but I honestly think they tell that to everyone. We stayed for a full week and saw no sign of any roadworks being prepared.

Cabins were comfortable, the facilities were fine except for the weather. Which is nobody’s fault.

The only thing wrong with the property was the dirt road into the property. Certainly wasn’t any good for our Toyota Corolla, ok for a four wheel drive. Just needs to be graded and put down some crushed rock which would help immensely.

Loved how big the property is and walking distance to the river and lover the little lakes around the property

Mattress is very uncomfortable. The entry was too far, and the road needs fixing. It needs renovating or new cabin.

Wonderful area and nice, clean facilities. Staff were very clear with late check-in instructions which helped heaps. Would recommend!

Location to what we needed and my kids enjoyed the amenities on offer. great value for money and communication from the team made it easy to check in

Was good for us family with kids & fur baby It catered for all kids especially loved the swim pools game room & Murray to fish Beaut space to explore for the fur babe ?Quiet location love seeing wildlife but close to town Tocumwal over the Victoria border bridge to NSW

The toasted sandwich was frozen and packaged. It was thawed in the microwave then air fryed. It was actually not too bad considering the above.The staff were very friendly and helpful.If you don’t have pets the accommodation looks very nice and the photos show really nice cabins with balconies, modern and fresh. I was told I couldn’t have one of those cabins because they had carpet and pets cannot go on the carpet. I understand that but surely some “nice” cabins with balconies could be used for people with pets, not the old run down ones set aside for pet owners.

The accommodation for people with pets was very poor sadly. A small fridge, no oven, the television didn’t work, luckily the Wi-Fi worked well and I was able to use my iPad to watch the news and other programs. The cabins were very old and very small. The couch was uncomfortable and the crockery was very old (old style thick mugs). I know I am being very picky but I hadn’t been on a holiday for a long time and was looking for some peace and quiet and comfort to have a few days away with my dog.I also had to put up with the sounds of chain sawing all day for the 2 of the 3 days I was booked in for so I left on the second day.The coffee in the cafe was very bitter and undrinkable.

The cabin we stayed in was a bit tired and the beds were very uncomfortable so was the couch. The bedding was clean as were the towels etc but the cabin could have done with a scrub. It probably wasn’t too bad for its age but as a family of 4 staying for 2 nights it was hard to sleep.The park itself was amazing. We had a koala in the tree out the front, a few great pools, kiosk, games room, the list goes on really. There is so much to do for all ages and being so secluded and right on the Murray was fantastic.
