Nice, clean, spacious room with good facilities within a short distance to Tocumwal. Excellent customer service - nothing was a problem - and I really appreciate them letting me know that I'd accidentally left a clothing item behind!

Everything was as it was when it was built in the 70s same curtains only almost see through same A/C in first room old box type with no lovers left and no cool same mattress same carpet only with added stains so out of date for the price

Very clean and comfortable with a great location (walking distance everywhere) the rooms were nice and cool whilst it was 45degrees outside!Prem and the staff are wonderful and make you feel like you are staying at a home away from home! The pool is a great addition to help keep you cool too!

Prem and the team offered the best hospitality and honestly couldn’t do enough for you and make you feel very welcome and comfortable, my family and my partner and I had the best little holiday we ended up extending it!!

Aged and not well maintained, air con clunky, carpet threadbare, bed unsteady and hard,

The price

The bed was too hard and you could feel the springs, the room had the old style airconditioner very noisy, the room is for up to 3 people we had one fork, one steak knife and one spoon, seats had stains.

Good size room

Lack of maintenance curtains were in need of repair and couldn’t be closed over , Driveway and parking was gravel and stone would be terrible with a bit of traffic coming and going

The location

The property has not been maintained well since the new owners have taken over. Aircon in room was not working on a 40+ degree day - owners tried to make excuses as to why it wasn’t working which were not believable - then offered a room with a working aircon but only 2 beds for 3 people. NO smoke alarm in room. Weeds everywhere, bins over flowing causing rubbish to blow everywhere, rooms not cleaned properly (hair in shower, hair balls on carpet, dead flies everywhere, dirty bowls in cupboard) not enough utensils for amount of people in room, windows missing fly screens so unable to open them. Windows were disgustingly dirty. Very disappointing because we have really enjoyed staying at the motel in previous years.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very good.

The carpet looked dirty. For the money I would have liked more tea and coffee.

The AC didn’t work at all so we picked up and left. It was a 40° day always motels up in the Murray must have a good air conditioning system. I would highly not recommend this at all until it upgrades its facilities.

Very uncomfortable beds. Mattreses very hard and could feel the springs in them. Air-conditioning not working well in the heat. Rooms very hot and didnt cool down at all. No air circulation Room had a smell and bathroom dirty with body hair and dirt

Fridge was old & broken and even froze our milk on the lowest setting -no tv reception and no alternatives other than "LG TV" which is average at best!

Nice and quiet and clean walking distance to the shops

No breakfast. Actually picked this because if restaurant which wasn’t there any more.

We were the only ones there, the rooms were big and spacious and very clean

Nothing it was all I expected and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a stopover in NSW.

A nice simple motel within walking distance to the town and river . Room was clean main areas . All facilities worked well .Manageress was lovely and helpful .

The outside needs a lot of work and hope the pool facilities will be ready for summer The exhaust fan need to be cleaned and the base of the pump toiletries . Room 15
