Quality Inn Carriage House

Cool showers & extra bunk bed was mostly broken and had to put mattress on the floor to sleep

It was presentable, clean, the service was friendly and it was close to the places we wanted to visit in Wagga

Good location for our visit and good price. Restaurant and bar were good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Normally you battle for milk for coffee but they supplied more than enough. The bbq area was lovely and parking area roomy

The friendly staff there and kids liked the pool

It's not that I didn't like it it was just the lack of cutlery but also the fact that there was like needs to be a restaurant and stuff I think you can do get up a lot better I know you maybe doing this hopefully in the new future maybe a fun park use have so much room but everything else was great

Service was friendly and very helpful. A great meal at the restaurant and the pool was a saviour in the 46 degree heat !

Location. The rooms were acceptably clean… only just.

Rooms have been refurbished but already worn & dirty. Light bulbs burnt out. 3 month past expired long life milk in fridge. Motel was only a third booked yet room provided was on other opposite side away from car & car park.Worst of all an, after an extremely hot day & night the aircon has a motion sensor that switches off without movement. Once asleep the aircon switches off, you wake sweating & hot. After the 5th time the aircon switched off I gave up restarting the aircon. Terrible feature & terrible sleep.

The amount if pollen in the pool and the water was very cloudy.

We've stayed in a 2 bedroom unit of a generous size, very clean and comfortable.The bathroom was also nice.

The restaurant was a bit overpriced.

Disappointing

There where no knifes forks or plates or bowls in a family room and the TV's didn't work

Location was perfect for us. eVERY DAY THERE WAS FRESH TOWELS, GARBAE BIN EMPTIED AND TEA AND COFFEE STATION FILLED UP WITH ALOT OF TEA CHOICES. Easy access from the hotel to get back onto highway. Will deff be back again we we come to visit family in Wagga. The room was spacious and the bedroom had a door which was great.

The lady that checked us in was nice

The room was run down, the TV didn't work, the piercing shower was un usable for my 5 year old cause it hurt too much, the linen smelt musky like not fresh, the internet didnt work and the aircon kept shutting off. When I called reception I was told just shut it off and try again, did this a number of times with no luck, called reception 3 times after this with no answer.

Great location, friendly staff, restaurant catered for special dietary requirements.
