The Lawson Riverside Suites

Got helpful service when booking and the room had heaps of space and was very functional, so was good value for money. Being about to open a door onto a patio provided great airflow you rarely get in a motel. Nice to be so close to the river.

The staff were amazing

The rooms are not insulated for sound. I could hear my neighbours doors close as they are very loud, and I could hear them doing the dishes and I could hear every time either neighbour used water, especial the shower. I have never experienced this before. I'm a light sleeper. So not really impressed for the money...

The facility was a pleasant surprise. We had only booked one night but wished we had stayed longer. We will certainly stay again if we pass this way.LR Suites was clean, spacious, good facilities, with excellent staff and in a good location. What more can you ask for?

Easy communication, friendly staff, spacious and comfortable.

The staff were great, the rooms clean and big.

Location was great for a walk on the river and hotels and restaurants. Room was spacious and was great to have Netflix etal on tv. Large fridge and freezer were helpful. Kitchen area was great.

Outside area unkempt, tables and chairs had to be cleaned. Only 1 washing machine available and in other complex, it was in poor condition and dirty and leaked.

The team were exceptional. We arrived after office hours, after travelling from Adelaide to Wagga Wagga in one day. The team were understanding assisted with an seamless check in. Room was comfortable, and clean, perfect for a good night sleep.

Great staff, really friendly and courteous. Room was huge, clean and comfortable with a great outdoor area.

The only negative is the TV was relatively small and in a cabinet so couldn’t be moved (so could watch from the couch) and couldn’t use pay TV!

Huge room with courtyard garden. Kitchenette was well equipped and breakfast supplied in the room. Beds comfortable.

There was a queue to check in at 2pm as the reception was closed until then.

Close to shops and river

Service was poor, not welcoming at all, treated us like kids, when people was lined up for checking in, the receptionist took card details from us, then said “you can go now” it was shocking, where were we going? Where the location of our room? We had to ask the cleaner to find our room. The room was dated and not clean, big crack on the wall, the bed was so uncomfortable. The whole bed moved if one of us got up. It was very old bed.

Clean, bright and very spacious rooms. Bathroom would be excellent for holding a party! Efficient and organised staff. Good breakfast. Easy to get into the main street. Would stay again.

Liked everything - and had some not so nice previous stays to compare it with.

Great location - backs into the Murrumbidgee river, and just 8mins walk to shopping centre. Staff were helpful and friendly.Room is bigger than expected.

Staff were very helpful on check in. Breakfast bags a lovely touch. Kitchenette was nice and a medium size fridge is great if traveling through & preparing own food or if staying for a few days.

We were most delighted with the size of the room and the bathroom. And to have a little kitchenette with it is an added bonus. We were also happy that a small complimentary breakfast package was provided.

We couldn't fault anything at all.
