Everything the staff and manager were very entertaining made our night thanx to Garth

The toilets need a redo

Clean, spacious, pool, laundry, fresh milk in fridge and complimentary water

Shower, bed too soft, pillow too hard. Construction made stay less comfortable and there was no mention of it when we booked

We have stayed many times in the past. The Only thing we were disappointed woth that there was no breakfast included because we booked through booking.com. next time I will call direct to you

The pillows, renovations happening and scaffold up on balcony. No walkway access to club due to renovations

Very comfy bed, nice large TV, aircon works great and was turned on prior to our arrival (was 38 degrees). Nice clean bathroom.

Loved the air conditioner was on at our arrival, the room on the ground floor was a bonus, very spacious room with all amenities you would expect. Lovely greeting at reception and easy parking. Adjacent to the RSL so very handy for drinks and a meal. Lovely stop for the night.

There wasn't a secure feeling with no complete latch on the main door. It was missing the hook on part but there was a wedge to put under the door which didn't fit.

Rooms were older but clean.

lot of construction going on just outside the window. It was a 47-degree day, and they didn't turn on the AC to make it more comfortable for the guests. By the time I got there the AC struggles cooling the room, made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed room. As it was very hot we really appreciated the swimming pool which had plenty of pool towels and comfortable poolside seating. It was really convenient having a good bistro on site and there was even an EV charging station on site!

The blond hair staff was very helpful, I forgot to tell the hotel I need 2 beds in advance, she had the patience and prepared a new room for us.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and handy charging options next to the bed. Easy access to the room and we were able to park right out the front. Great that we could order room service from the RSL next door

Bathroom looked a bit dated but that's being really picky as it was clean and provided supplies (body wash, shower caps etc). No freezer, just a fridge. Overall it was a great experience though

They were so kind. Giving us an early check in before the funeral we were in town to attend. Helping me find lost glasses. I couldn't fault the staff. The facilities were also super clean and comfortable. Made a stay with a newborn really easy

It looks like it was newly renovated. The rooms has all the facilities needed including cable TV.

There were lots of mosquitos around so you have to enter the room quickly and close the door.

Nice big room with other facilities. They did clean the room and change towels every day. Also they have complementary laundry service which is very useful when your staying more than 2 days. Staff is nice and friendly. RSL club have nice verity of food and drinks to choose, that located next to the motel.

Bed too soft. Didn’t sleep well as I gave back L4 L5 deterioration. I booked as last time I stayed nice firm bed. Pillow top comfortable but not enough support for damaged lower back. Could not have balcony door open due to broken floor stopper. ( rm 6) Easy fix. Slack.

The room was clean and comfortable

We were suppose to have a balcony, but due to the renovations at the club it was no longer there.

The location was good. Central to everything to be done.

Just work noise at the premise.
