- The room was very comfortable and very clean. We stayed 3 nights, the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Liked that I received a call to find out what time we would be arriving
Cons -
- The young lady that worked at reception was grumpy and unfriendly at every interaction. Entrance to the car park was difficult in traffic if approaching from the north (Edward Street). The mini bar prices for drinks and edibles was over the top.
- When checking in nothing was mentioned about the restaurant, or breakfast at all. Where to find the wifi password. Just a card pinned to our room key. No room in the fridge to put our own drinks milk etc.
