Quest Wagga Wagga

I have written under separate email about being charged a 2nd time for this hotel stay, when we had already stayed in August! When we adjusted the booking this 2nd booking was not cancelled! You have my reference details, so can I have my money back?

The room was great.

The smell of the room was like off raw chicken. Unsure if the smell was from the drain or aircon. Reception provided a spray for the room due to all room being booked. We could not use the aircon because of the smell and ended up sourcing my own fan to bring into the room. Seeking a refund from booking.com and have had no reply.

Very helpful staff in Reception, able to accomodate our needs after Booking.com website mucked up our booking request.

We used Booking.com website in the afternoon to make an urgent request for overnight accommodation, i.e. that evening. Somehow the website couldn't cope and I didn't notice that they had changed the dates I had requested to the following day. No damned use to us, but I didn't notice that the request had been mucked up. Fortunately, reception staff at Quest Apartments Wagga were able to accomodate us for the Friday night. Bad Booking.com, good Quest Apartments.

Good location close to Main Street with beautiful apartments that provided comfort, security and privacy. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that had everything, very comfortable separate bedroom, bathroom with washer & dryer , full sized kitchen with dishwasher and private balcony with outdoor furniture. Couldn’t have asked for more it was very spacious, clean, modern & comfortable

Bed was the best! Apartment was spacious and really well appointed - washing machine and dishwasher were great additions as we stayed for a week. Able to walk to cafes, resturants, supermarket, beach and RSL. We're definitely going back!

The service from Hugh in reception was fabulous, the cleanliness and the comfort of the unit.

The water pressure in the shower.

Large spacious room (2BR apartment), comfy beds

The only fault was, there was no chopping board in the kitchen.

Good spacious 3 bed apartment

Can hear noise up above on next level if other visitors a bit noisy

It was a very comfortable stay. We were a family of 5 and had enough space for everyone. The additional bathroom and toilet were a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and were sparkling clean. We stayed for a night while travelling from Adelaide to Sydney, and we wished we could stay for a longer time.

Staff and communication very good. We got a free upgrade which was much appreciated. Lots of space. Well situated for lots of restaurants. Great one night stay in transit to Sydney, would definitely stay again as a value for money, clean and convenient stop.

Central, modern, neat, well run

No complaints

Quiet Off a road secluded and secure spot But central to everything facilities we’re good

Clean, quiet easy to find. Great location

Stay here everytime I visit Wagga, the 1 bedroom apartment is very comfortable, like a home away from home. Staff are very helpful. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking essentials. Foxtel on the TV, couch is as comfy as the bed.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space

There was nothing

Quest Wagga provides quality accommodation in a great location for a reasonable price. The apartment very clean and comfortable although a wider range of pillows would be nice. Car parking can be a bit difficult on week nights due to the large number of trades utes.Rooms are very quiet allowing a good night's sleep.

Excellent Location- size of apartments- spacious and well fitted out-excellent value

Ceiling fans in apartment bedrooms would be a great update. Master has split system but other bedrooms need more effective cooling rather than an old stand fan.My only complaint.

Very quiet complex and nice pool.

Reported bad smell coming from Bathroom after having a shower. Was told by desk staff someone would be around to check it out but never came.

Big apartment

The air conditioner is right on the head in one room and doesn’t have in another bedroom so in summer will be pretty hot.The music somewhere downstairs was so loud even late at night.

Good location.Good FacilitiesQuiet
