Pros +
- Location
- Modern, clean, quiet (except for certain departing guest vehicles - not the venue’s fault!) and handily located next to a choice of restaurant / takeaways and a servo. Excellent for access to Wagga Base Hospital. After spending the previous three nights in a dingy, old school caravan park cabin, this place was like an oasis. Would absolutely stay again.
- Was a well appointed room with all the requirements met for our short stay. Outdoor BBQ area looked good too, but we didn’t use it as we were only there for one night. We arrived after reception had closed but access to the room was hassle free as the owners had given use clear and simple instructions.
Cons -
- Staff were curt.
- Wasn’t a fan of the door lock security system about which I had to contact reception twice (second time was ‘operator error’ but easily done while tired as it wasn’t intuitive). Also, the parking was hit and miss - open air and unnumbered which is fine but I didn’t like leaving my car out of view on the other side of a room block.
- Was away from main town centre but still fairly close.

Large well equipped motel room. Great bed. Exceptionally clean. Microwave. Door security very good.
Really big room. A toaster, microwave, bowls. Nice and quiet. Bed was great and a great shower.
The parking is numbered so it's musical chairs.
Whilst it is on a major road I didn’t hear a thing. I will be staying for future stays whilst a member of my family is recovering in hospital.Rooms are nice and clean, has a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave- perfect for a extended stay
Nice comfortable bed large room rather quiet and good coffee and tea nice towels
My husband went to use facilities at 3 am and had a cockroach crawl on his sheets Need to use cockroach baits to get rid of yet luckily gave us insect spray
Location was great
The tv was not a smart tv which should be pretty common these days, the wifi wouldn’t connect when I sent a message advising of this I didn’t get a reply. The door to the room locked us out.. that was frustrating but resolved remotely by the staff very quickly.
Easy to find and clean
The shower was terrible. Hard to turn on taps and np pressure.Just needs some attention
Stayed for work, was comfortable and location perfect. Free laundry great benefit,
Pool not available and was 42 degrees most days. Bonus was they provided free access to local pool complex - downside however a swimming carnival was on most of the weekend. Was a lovely thought while pool was under maintenance.
Clean, good sized rooms with everything that I needed and was close to the hospital.
One of the best value 4 star motel around.Modern and clean.
Pool was closed for cleaning.
I've been traveling to Wagga regularly for a recurring appointment and this is my favourite place to stay. I'm far from being a germaphobe though some of the other places I tried locally have left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The Lincoln always feels fresh and well maintained and you can tell this is important to them. The staff are down to earth and very friendly and it's just the perfect balance of value for money. The only time I don't stay here is when I don't book early enough and there's no vacancy!
Very happy with the room, great bed and overall cleanliness. The gentlemen on the desk was fantastic, I would recommend this accommodation to others.

The room was just what we wanted. Bed was comfy.
When we arrived to check in after 3;00 pm, there was no one in the office and the door was locked. A note was taped to the door with a phone number to call. Unfortunately, we did not have cell coverage only data. If another guest had come to our aid who knows how long we would have waited for someone to return to the office. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance, especially as the temperature was 30C.
Pleasant relaxing rooms, clean, comfortable with good amenities, great location, easy parking and pleasant dealings with all communications making the whole stay easy to check in and out.
Lock didn’t work on bathroom but not a huge issue as everything else was perfect.
Big room. Quiet.
Toilet and shower painfully small.
The beds were clean and comfortable. The inn was located in a great area. As the pool wasn’t working we were given passes to the local Wagga aquatic centre which was very generous.
Clean , lots of extra kitchen and furniture things for a traveller, pool , heaps of food places nearby.
Great value, clean spacious room, superb comfy bed.
Pool was out of action due to 'maintenance' but looked like a duck pond!
