Clean location and seamless check in

Very hot day and we were on 3rd floor with no air cons in walkways room had aircon but everything was working harder than it should with aircon in building on 3rd floor outside room not working made it worse than being outside

unfortunately the noise from other guests was extremely loud — I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. I couldn’t sleep at all because of it, which made the stay very disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be staying here again. ?

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and plenty of room

I wasn't happy with several things, first it says there was a pool but they didn't have a pool at all , they give you a pass to the public pool across the road, not very convenient. They also say on site parking and when booking you have to confirm if you want a parking spot. When you arrive though you are told it's limited parking, they said if we went out that evening that we would lose our parking spot and have to park on the street as you don't get a reserved spot even though you have to confirm parking at booking. The restaurant was booked out already when we arrived at 2.30 so that evening we had to Walk in 43 degree heat to another restaurant because we didn't want to have to park on the street later. What's the point of confirming parking on site if they don't reserve your parking. Won't be returning here on any further trips to Wagga . Plenty of better places at better prices.

Didn,t know our room was in the middle of the complex, with no window apart from window looking at the corridor. Should advertise the room was like this.

Nice, modern hotel. Good facilities; rooms and everywhere else spotless. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Parking on site if you're early enough.

Hot water took ages to come through to the shower.

It was a good room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and facilities.

There was a man screaming out of control early Friday the 3rd morning. The receptionist on call was good to respond to the situation however I felt very unsafe with that situation and thought there could be better security measures in place. Also on the same day when I was trying to rest, there were staff gossiping loudly to each other about checking another coworkers work infront on my room. The do not disturb sign was on my door but it didn’t seem to worry them and were very loud.

Location was excellent. Shower pressure and hot water excellent. Breakfast excellent.

I had an interior room with no external windows or skylight. There was a window with shutters facing the internal hallway which let so much light through in the night. You could also hear EVERYTHING from rooms above, below, left right and behind the room and across the hallway and the elevator shaft all night. I bought an eye mask and ear plugs for the remainder of my stay. The interior is dated and tiles cracked. No breakfast available Monday morning or dinner Sunday night. Breakfast including room service starts late at 7am.

Location to centre of CBD and tourist attraction like Wagga beach. Great restaurant

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet though only window opened onto internal corridor.

Small car park was full & it was difficult to find park nearby. Bathroom so small I had to dry myself in doorway. Restaurant expensive, no cafes nearby & didn't want to drive and lose car park took half an hour to find after a 10 drive. Ordered mediocre room service pizza. Movies available mostly war, westerns or for kids. The place more geared to events and restaurant than staying guests.

Clean room and linen, big tv with foxtel, Great shower and water pressure. Good partner with gym and aquatic centre. Excellent location.

fridge too small and wasn’t on /defrosting on arrival.

Bed was comfy, shower was great excellent water pressure.

Hotel was located within an easy walk to town centre. Restaurant was closed for the public holiday but the breakfast was excellent.

Bedside table lights didnt work in one of the rooms and the main lights in both rooms are very harsh and fluorescent bright.

The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Great location. Friendly staff.

There was no power at night, which was very inconvenient. I got compensated for that.
