Great beds and shower

Upstairs room but its ok for last minute booking

I like that the bed was comfortable

1. The toilet paper that was the roll which wasn't a new roll, had a big brown stain in the side2. Big black long hair in thr shower even before showers were taken3. Towels beside the sink in the bathroom had brown stains on them4. Mould around the shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower and the dust like it hadn't been cleaned 5. The drain was too small for the water to go down in the shower so your feet were paddling in a puddle 6. The Curtin was broken and so wouldn't close properly 7. The room had a very bad damp smell to it, like there was a leak somewhere and not fixed and the room closed and not opened or aired out8. The roof at the door leaked and when you walked in or out of the door you got wet. - Over all disgraceful

The quietness

The bed wasn’t hard one side & dipped the other.

Very clean, and on a 40 degree + day, the aircon worked well and was quiet. Large first floor room with good facilities. Ample parking, and a rear entrance allowed our overheight vehicle to access the parking area. Small things like sockets near the bed and adequate kitchenware were good..

The bed was way too soft and not supportive. Body lotion dispenser was empty, and insufficient milk for 2 people to have more than 1 coffee each.

Staff friendly, pool was nice, room was large. Value for money.

Location was close to the Main Street in Wagga. Size of the room was great for a family of 4.

Accommodation went well.

The actual facilitgies were below standard. For example, Very little cutlery. No real dish washing liquid. No tea towell or hand towell

Good quiet location with modern clean room and off road parking.

People in next door room very noisy starting loud talking, hammering and going in and out room after 9 pm then loud music as well from 11.15pm until they had a ph call taken outside room after which time they quietened down around 1am.

Spacious and quiet location

Very dusty room with insects present. The room felt unclean, and the dust was noticeable enough to taste. Disappointing experience.

Quiet location

If on bottom floor, can hear people walking around upstairs, have to be lucky to park in front of door if downstairs

Bathroom extraction fans very noisy. Bedside lamp had to be moved to opposite side of bed to plug in.

The spacious rooms

The staff, they were a bit rude, and the beds with the wheels were a bit harsh, but other then that it was amazing

An amazing place I had to have stuff down at the hospital and they worked so well with me I’m from a couple hrs away gave me early check in was amazing

Kind people and clean bug bed

Good location, nice facilities, beds were super comfy

The beds werent locked so moved a bit whilst sleeping. Maybe need to look at getting bug zappers outside or having bug spray in the rooms as there were so many bugs

The bed was very comfortable!!! Shower was great!!

The front door didn’t close properly. The toilet was dirty.

Didn’t have clothes washing and drying room but Laundromat was one block away.

Very clean, comfortable bed.

No breakfast included, no restaurant open. No hand/body lotion in the bathroom dispenser.
