I came to spend Christmas with my family. My room was not serviced for four days and I had to ask for it. I did see that there would be no service for a couple of days over Christmas

No bar replacements or bathroom replacements. Also I chose the hotel because of the pool and it was out of service the whole time I was there

Close to everything great location and kids loved the pool also staff were friendly and amazing ☺️

The bed sagged in the middle making for very uncomfortable, interrupted sleep. I'm sure it must be due for a replacement. The 45 degree parking seems to face the wrong direction making it very difficult to get in and out.

Ease of access to rooms. Cleanliness. Convenient parking. Relatively close to town center.

Bed very good, but very slightly too soft for me. Restaurant was closed (Sunday).

Great place to stay, did have noisy party in hotel at 2am but staff were good, settled them down.

disappointing and pretty sure not meeting the standard of Mecure or their agreement with Booking.com

1. Booked via Booking.com with option to pay on arrival. Received email & phone call requesting prior payment & threatening to cancel my booking if i didn't pay in advance. 2. On arrival paid for breakfast & was advised they stop serving at 09:30, next morning arrived at restaurant at 08:55 to be told they close at 09:00 and suggest we load up our plates straightaway, no more food coming out. 3.Restaurant staff were unaware I had already paid for breakfast and needed to chase it up.4. Evacuation alarm went off early evening, we left room as directed via speaker system and stayed out in the cold with other guests - at no point did any staff come to check on us, advise us it was safe to re-enter or put an announcement over the speakers. We returned to our room 30minutes afterwards, none the wiser.

Comfortable beds, a central location, and the convenience of parking close to the room.

The door stopper in the toilet has been removed, leaving only the screw behind. I only noticed it when I accidentally hit my pinky toe, causing sharp pain. The next day, when I informed the front office, they simply said sorry without taking any further action or even notifying maintenance to address the issue immediately.

Very easy to find and access - quiet and buffered by a sports ground from the main road through town- easy to get access to Main Street and other attractions. Our accomodation was at ground level and made it easy to bring our bags in and out and had separate beds which a lot of other places didn’t offer- but they made it a bit more expensive.The tv could access Fox once you got used to using the remote!

The room numbers were difficult to see in the dark and could be made easier to see.

Lovely motel. Very comfy luxurious bed! Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Brekkie was lovely too.

Shower making loud sound, poor quality, water flow was very sharp. Staff wanted physical card, wouldn't take card provided by booking. Com. This was weird.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a great size to fit room capacity. Parking was easily;y accessible

The shower screen did not open and had come off the rails. My husband ended up fixing this.

Excellent staff and great customer service, breakfast was delicious and good variety. Location is quite good 10 mins walk to city centre and 7 minutes drive to Wagga Wagga Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Our room was close to the road so bit noisy but apart from that everything was great.
