Shower in one room didn't have a door. Noise outside rooms all night due to a large group of people congregating in the area. Concerned for security of car overnight with general public around and near the vehicles.

The staff were all amazing, cleanliness was fantastic, and the hotel had all that you needed. A little older style room wise but had all the mod. con's.

Comfortable and clean room 7. Accommodated my needs. Good pillows.The reception staff were exceptionally good with their customer service.

Restaurant was not open Monday 6th October 2025.No breakfast option but there are cafes nearby.

The staff was great

Very noisy. Couple on our floor had a screaming domestic which was very disturbing. The early morning loud drunks out the back of the building we also could've done without.

Very roomy for a family of four. Staff were very helpful on events in the town.

Restaurant closed, Bed uncomfortable and room tiny. Parking a nightmare and un-organised.

Comfortable room with easy access. Plenty of parking. Hotel was easy to find and check in was straightforward. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and good value.

Ground floor and parking were excellent. Your staff did a great job in hosting thr 10th anniversary of a fund raising event in Kenya some 10 of us participated in through our Wagga participant, Harry Nixon last Thursday. Well done!

The pub and the very friendly staff, especially the roulette on the roof!

The positive was the bed was comfortable. The restaurant, good food, good service, pleasant staff.

Room 7 was very small, the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Difficult to access one side of the bed, difficult to access shower and toilet.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception at all times.Room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. We will stay there again when visiting family.

It was pleasant but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room had exposed copper pipes in the walls near the ceiling which was unpleasant. The room was clean but very tired. The exit glass doors kept banging outside my room as people walked in & out.

The staff were incredible and the beds were super comfortable

There were small little things overlooked like the carpets were dirty if we went barefoot they turned black, the lampshades were peeling, the bathtiles were broken
