Good location for what we needed. Reasonable rates. Traffic quieted down at night.

Very dark room. Needed more light.

The location in the town, cleanliness, and spaciousness.

WiFi is not good. Exiting the parking lot is difficult.

Lovely big room with a private balcony. A washing machine and dryer were shared with the room next door. Parking was included and the location was very convenient.

No plug socket on one side of the bed.

Some of the plug sockets didn't work in the bedroom, but didn't report as we were only there 1 night

The place feels a little old, rooms would benefit from a little uplifting. Kitchenette without a sink makes it difficult to prepare food, but fair enough that was clearly stated in the room description.

Nice facilities with two chairs, small table and huge bathroom. Extra cutlery and plates etc provided. Washing machine and dryer available for use.

The bed was disappointing as the mattress was way too springy and soft with any movement disturbing the other person.

The location was fantastic. The unit was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy.

There generally needs to be money spent on unit to improve things. The biggest thing is the creaking floors especially in the bathroom. I kept thinking that I was going to fall through it when going to toilet. They also need new light fittings without rust.

Great location, helpful staff, nice villa.

Since it is a 2 storey villa, perhaps it would be a good idea to install another heating system on the staircase landing to heat up that area as well as the entrance as the heater in the living area only heats up the upper floor (especially cold during winter stay). The heater in the twin bed bedroom was not able to heat up the room well. My son had to sleep on the sofa upstairs as that’s the only place he could get some warmth. My daughter ended up sleeping in my room with me.

Great location and with off-road parking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and helped with carrying our luggage up the stairs! Rooms, athough a little bit dated, were very clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting out on our deck and having a wine!

Clean, comfortable beds just off the main drag. Looks like it’s been done up recently. Shower great. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

I wish I’d booked a room that had a view of the beach/town.

There was an odour in the rooms that was either a water leak, or something similar. Digital keys would have been convenient rather than a hard key.

The location was perfect . The apartment was lovely and staff in the Reception very helpful. We will definitely book again if in the area.

Looked out onto carpark so I had to shut curtains the whole time. Power not working and no kettle when I arrived.

The location of Anchorage Motel & Villas is one of its assets. Located centrally in Lorne and right opposite the beach allows the car to be parked for your duration and you can walk everywhere.
