Spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere. Fabulous location!

Bathroom steamed up and dripping from the roof when several people had showers.

Dated decor

The room was spotless and had everything we required. The pool and spa were great and our little granddaughters had a wonderful time. Staff were super helpful and we were able to check in a little early, which was great.

The spa was great.

The room selected was very noisy with people walking around outside our window throughout the night and early morning.

A great location in the middle of Lorne. It's a decent sized apartment in a large complex that is a bit of a maze. Clean and comfortable

The internal layout has several levels and a window between the living area and the shower. Nothing wrong with either of these aspects but they will not suit all guests.

Great views of the beach

Only 1 bathroom, but still very good. Outside area where there are some steps without a hand rail makes it difficult for some people, my sister in law had a fall on Friday afternoon not long after arriving, luckily only bruising. A suggestion to have hand rails where there are steps thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts.

Room was a bit tired, which is such a shame, we love staying at the Cumberland and have done so many times.

Lights didn’t work , dated interior and pool out of service. Lift was also an interesting ride.

Location is good.

It's like an apartment, you can hear neighbours talking at night, no exhaust fan in toilets, no facilities like pool or restaurant.

Location! Space and cleanliness. Everything you need.

Very loud. Being close to pub. Very echoey outside rooms. Some inconsiderate people banging doors and talking loudly late at night. Not resorts fault.

The place was spacious with all the facilities needed for a family stay. We cooked our own meals and also washed our clothes.

The dryer is not fully functioning. We needed to find a way to make it work by keep pressing down the dryer’a door. Please fix it.

Spa and Pool was not working and price was full. Not mentioned while booking

Pool etc. is still under renovation. Can't wait until it's back up and running again.

It was very spacious in a good location right next to the beach and bars/restaurant. The gym was well equipped and free surfboard hire within 5 mins walk of the beach

Dishwasher was broken ?

We had a wonderful stay and will be back again. The room and view was amazing. Spacious apartment with everything you need and cleaned daily. The staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend
