Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun

Very large spacious room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice

The air conditioning system was turned off in the middle of the night make the room relatively uncomfortable to sleep. The lightning in the hallway was very dim make it difficult to see the keypad

Organized CleanNice & polite staff

Verily friendly staff, clean room

Not much facilities, no swimming pools, no access to shore

Comfort and nice staff

This is my second sty and I faced the same issue, they always put half used toilet roll without spare one

Very spacious room for a family of four. 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

The hotel itself looked good, and the prices of the mini bar etc was good!

The room stunk of stale smoke, to the point all my clothes etc smell of stale smoke. The room sounded like the window was open as the noise from outside came straight through the walls! The noises late on a night of doors slamming and people running about shouting and screaming!

The hotel is in a good location.

The breakfast fee is very expensive and therefore it was not possible to use the breakfast. The hotel was not five-star and there is no entertainment place for the guests.

Location is close from highway and easy accessible. Parking is available. But it is also closeto the port so be ready for loud announcements during night.

Beds in room extremely old and absolutely uncomfortable. Pillows were old and tough.Considering high price and name of hotel I would say it was worst.Overall room condition was exhausted

The staff were very nice and friendly and the location is perfect, especially for visiting the museum.

The hotel room they gave us was extremely cold. We were told we had to wait a bit for the room to heat up but it didn’t and the shower was also lukewarm. Honestly, the coldest hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The food was also mediocre.

Very good

We did ask to extend our checkout because our flight was cancelled, and they've rejected

Room size is good.Housekeeping is excellent. Staff

location is not good.Room lighting system is not good enough. Parking is not adequate.Room view is toward a factory !!!.

everything. breakfast buffet was great. Very clean room. location is perfect.

Kindness of the collaborators.

The elevators were out of order and we had to use the service, that was quite dirty always. They should have told us that while booking.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly with real smiles. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The space in the room and it has a good view

The bathroom door needs to be fixed and the A/C you can not turn it on Cuz they don't use it in winter and you have to open your window but you will hear all the noise from the out side and cars ?

Staff assistant and welcoming, Breakfast was very good, location it comfortable many attractions are in walking distancesroom is spacious and clean when i called the staff, they came immediacy and removed the alcohol

they didn't remove the alcohol,

Central location, very good staff.

Rooms rather old, breakfast not worth the money

Very friendly and helpful staff and very tasty food at restaurant

Toilet has 2 toilet rolls with low quantity so the rolls run out quickly this happened to me twice as well they need to increase non smoking floors because they forced me to stay in smoking floor

Large king room, free street parking; kind staff ; delicios breakfast; lots of facilities;
