Nice, clean and it has everything that you need for stay for a few days. Located close to the town.

Very convenient location. Safe and secure parking for car and boat. Very quiet and easy access to the town centre. Very comfortable and clean room.

A little pricey for off-peak season.

The directions to the motel were not correct. We ended up in the carpark of a church in town instead of where it was a few kms out on the highway Very bouncy bed Had to drive to all food outlets Very small bathroom Very worn out lounge chair

Provided own breakfast. Location was fine. Accommodation clean.

Check in procedure not good. Nobody there during given check in times. Had to call a number on door. On arrival I had trouble getting through to owner. Eventually got through to someone on 3rd attempt to be told unit number and key inside. Unit was pretty good but no bowl to wash dishes in or as an alternative no plug in only sink ( in bathroom).

Good location, comfortable and safe parking for car and boat.

Perhaps a ceiling fan to circulate the air in the room.

The host charged me for the extra people we had in the room we were 6. And when we arrived there were only 3 towels and it was late at night. The staff was very rude

It was so obvious that the fridge and microwave had not been cleaned. You could see the food remnants on both, and the stench from the fridge was just gross. Shower full of mildew and toilet bowl not clean. Cleanliness is clearly not their priority.Facilities very dated and the beds were creaky.

I don’t recommend it at all!

Uncared for property - weeds and rubbish in the garden. Dead Cockroach in bedroom, bugs in bathroom, dirty table, old and badly maintained. Overpriced.

Plenty of room for my car trailer..

Bed were too uncomfortable. Had a sore back the next morning other then that was a good place to stay

The gentleman in reception who I spoke to on a couple of occasions was lovely, very prompt with replies and understanding when I had to change dates last minute. The room was lovely and very quiet.

It was great value for money. Bed was comfortable

Room layout fantastic, built in an older era style which embraced a spacious layout with room seperate for children so idea for family party.

For us disappointing, firstly it was clean tidy but they used a really strong cleaning or launderer detergent which the smell overwhelmed me my husband’s allergies acted up. Really over powering artificial smell. Bathroom floor slippy, two towels unfresh (basic house fitting issues) half roll toilet paper no extra roll, fan so loud so loud would wake the family, shower head kept falling down, basic issues, refrigerator old barely cold, but worst thing was the dogs barking from other properties which is out of owners control but set off all the dogs in the neighbourhood, I taped the noise!!! Then a rooster began at 5.30 am!!! Yes a rooster!! Noise all night from vehicles using speedway coming in, we literally didn’t sleep just got through the night left at 6.30 am, for money we paid we were disappointed, especially regarding the smell in the room please use non sented or consider not using sprays!! Beds ok basic. Dogs barking roosters crowing dangerously slippy shower worst I advised my hub not to use shower as I was afraid of fall. I seen another review mention the slippy shower I’m presuming it’s the cleaning products again so please review before a person is seriously hurt it was like an ice skating rink. Appreciated small family run operation but honestly it was a crap night for us.

Was charged $100 with no notification as to why after 1 night.into a 2 night stay.Conditions regarding pets are not communicated prior in any way, and apparently change on their whim.Bed was of the cheap variety that has no cushioning.Bathroom smelled like drains.

Great parking, nice big tv, loved the shower though the head kept slipping down from weight. Bed was comfy, great place to stay for a couple of nights based on value

Bathroom was a bit small, hand soap didn’t work, electric blanket only worked on one side. Nothing major.

Well priced and clean

No one in the office upon check in (3.30pm)Did not see the owners the whole time we were there. The lady making up the rooms just told us to leave our key in the room upon vacating as again no-one in the office.(9.30 am). Not a big deal but strange.

Easy to get to, lovely comfortable beds and pleasant staff.

The toilet in the bathroom needed adjusting
