Quest Werribee

It was everything my sister and I could ask for our short stay. It was close to family in Hoppers Crossing and Werribee, and the Funeral Chapel we were attending was just a couple of blocks away. We felt very comfortable with the security facilities.

I bought my own food to cook breakfast in my room.

The balcony would have been nice but having the kitchen was great especially staying there on my own.

No dryer. Was there for 5 night had to put my clothes on chairs outside to dry. Tap in bathroom was coming off.

So close to the Indoor Netball Center, my daughter was playing in. Also close to Coles, so was able to walk there. Security was good, using door card to get into the building if after hours. Felt safe at all times.

I pointed out to the cleaning lady that the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The water leaked out of the shower when I was in it (completely my fault). When I mopped it up with the bath mat, the floor mat was very dirty, therefore the tiles were not clean.

The room was as expected

The beds were two singles put together to make a larger bed. They kept splitting during our stay which made it a very uncomfortable sleep

Location was great and reception staff were very helpful. I thought the guest laundry was a real benefit to me and undercover secure parking was the best.

There were a couple of unforeseen issues that occurred but the staff were excellent at resolving the issues promptly.

One shower/bathroom was a wheelchair/accessible bathroom....the shower was terrible, in that the water flowed right out on to the main floor, and then was very difficult to clean up.

The room was a wonderful surprise. We were not expecting it to have a full kitchen, separate bedroom and laundry facilities as we were expecting a studio with a small kitchenette. The apartment was very clean and was walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like.

The room had all we needed. Bathroom was clean and will appointed. Bed was comfy. Air con worked well. Safe access to room and parking garage. Accessibility to main street of Werribee is great for food option and quick groceries!

The matress protector on the bed had not been put on properly and was bunched up, so bed a little uncomfortable the first night, I made the bed the next day and pulled it over the corners of the mattress and the bed was more comfortable.

The kitchenette is very handy indeed. No need to spend a fortune each day on take-away meals. Although there is a great cafe just across the road that does very nice Chai Soy Latte's

The hotel is very good all over, I just wish it was cheaper to stay there.

Room is clean and spacious.

Parking. Have to pay for overnight basement parking. Lucky we were able to park on side street.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good location close to eateries and shops.

Very noisy room - street sound coming through the windows that are not sufficiently soundproofed for the location. The vents in the bathrooms don't work, and the TV is very cheap and has very poor sound.The lounge was not very comfortable either.

Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff were great.

Charging an extra $15 for secure parking is a little steep.

Nice room, dependable Quest standard - we stayed in 3 Quest properties on this trip, and they were all great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great, close to the town centre and places to eat.

Free parking would have been nice - we weren't charged to park in other Quest locations

Number of beds available in the apartment met our needs (5 persons)

The balcony on the 1st floor overlooked the bins and you could not have it open sue to the smell.

The Room was clean and comfortable.Great location to the shops.

The walls & windows are not soundproof, as my neighbour was very noisy & inconsiderate, talking very loud, music was on, I can literally hear their conversations. They were slamming doors cupboards etc & you can even hear them walking or running in & out from the balcony & this started from 10:30pm right through 2:30am.I was unable to sleep & feel as if someone was in my room because of the noise. So that was not a good experience at all.

The bed and pillows were next level comfortable and luxurious. I had a nice sleep and I don't normally sleep well. It was very quiet, there was no road noise. We had a function close to the hotel so the location was perfect for us. Great that it had a private gated carpark to keep our car safe even though that was a small additional charge. The receptionist was very lovely.
