Weird TV stuff, I understand you're advertising your ballarat suites but it's really annoying having to wait for the two systems to boot up, plus it only worked after I pulled all the plugs out and plugged it back in the next day so

Lovely staff. Huge room with everything required - small kitchenette with microwave, modern bathroom with great water pressure and movies!

It is a little way out of the centres of town if you don’t have a car.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Had all amenities required. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk were very friendly and dropping off key was simple.

TV was on the small side - or at least quite far away from the bed for someone with poor eyesight.Car park behind room was very noisy over night with cars. Had to shut the window over night due to this and some kind of noisy cooling system situated directly behind the rooms.

Friendly staff, very clean room with everything you would need for a short stay.

The location and staff were good. The cleanliness was fine.

You placed us in a room that was adjoining another and clearly the walls are paper thin. We had to listen to an older couple all night and then despite them being loud until about 11pm, they got up at 4am and continued on. We heard about all their food and lifestyle likes and dislikes, and the males frustration with not being able to get the microwave to work. Surely you could plan where to put people so this doesn't happen. As we were awake at 4am, we got up and left by 6,30am and will never recommend staying at your hotel again. I travel a lot, and this was an awful experience.

The property was specifically clean and so comfortable. The beds were to die for and the staff were excellent as well

Great little unit. Fairly recently renovated by the looks, convenient location, easy parking, clean and tidy.

Friendly reception. Clean, semi updated, comfortable. Value for money. Easy parking. Definitely a great stop in transit. Not far off the freeway & close to dinner options. For us, Gluten Free for you being a 3 minute walk was awesome. Or if you are checking out Ballarat, its super close to Sovereign Hill, minutes from Ballarat Central & loads of eateries.

On a main road. A little noisy. However this goes hand in hand with a central (ish) location.

Location was Great!

There is not enough parking. Personally, I did not like putting my car on the street and down the road. The bathroom had a cracked basin. WATER The shower was fluctuating hot and cold, not touching the tap low pressure. T.V was very slow and keeped loading/Internet droped in and out on the samsung tablet and phones.. @ over 300 a night during new years, I feel it was overpriced and oversold in photos..

The property was in a fantastic location, easy to get to and directly across the road from Sovereign Hill. Extremely friendly staff and the room was clean, modern and very comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great. From check in to check out I was impressed the whole time.

The suite was clean, spacious, and very well presented.The double Vanity was awesome. There was a 24/7 fuel station /Cafe next door. Sovereign Hill Gold Mining attraction was directly across the road. Close to shops as well.

The TV hanging on the wall was crooked.
