Very clean, good size room, comfortable and quiet.

I noticed the room was very clean. Linen very clean. Tea coffee available also.

A quiet location

Shower floor was slippery I fell and hit my head on the wall and floor. There was perfume on the pillow

Great apartment in motel complex. It was very quiet when we stayed there between Christmas and New Year, though someone told me that there is noise from the factories behind during the rest of the year. The guest laundry was excellent - it didn't require having exact coins, instead you just went to reception and paid there. The motel complex is right opposite the local swimming pool centre, that has pools and a splash park, so his was a great addition to have so close.The gardens are being well looked after - I noticed a couple of times that lady owner working hard in the garden, so I appreciated this.

We stayed three nights, and weren't provided with a fresh supply of towels during the stay. I'm happy to reuse towels twice on holidays, but usually would like a clean towel for the third night. Saying that, there were actually four towels provided for the three of us, so one of us did get a clean towel on that third night, but not the other two.The garbage bin inside the unit wasn't emptied during our stay, though the was a bigger bin nearby outside the unit, so we just emptied it daily into there. It wasn't really a problem, but it would have been good to have been told this or seen a sign, as we would have emptied our bin in the morning before going out for the day, instead of returning, and finding the bin full all day in the room.I would like tax invoices to be automatically emailed upon payment. I had to ask for a tax invoice, and was printed out just a credit card slip, so I had to explain what I needed. The receptionist still didn't know what that was, and had to call another staff member to help generate it.

Quiet, countryside living, close to supermarkets

Very spacious room, even the bathroom was huge. Had a microwave. Lovely location, park and pool across the road.

Had difficulty getting tv to work. Minor detail.

Cleanliness, quiet, heated mattress, air conditioner, spacious

hot and cold water in the shower can not adjust. Too cold or too hot to have a proper shower

P erfect layout for a motel room,nice new paint job,carpet etc.Plenty of room, decent size car park,quiet, well designed and good price.Lovely lady on the desk.

A nice place to stay that is clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

Convenient location, pleasant reception, clean, comfortable bed. Quite adequate for basic well priced accommodation.

Some fittings could be updated - obviously an older motel -soap dispenser faulty/broken, towels well worn but adequate, electric jug could be updated, garden somewhat overgrown,

Shower doors and base need scrubbing.The toilet roll holder is ridiculousBeds arent very comfortable The refillable shampoo & body wash was empty The male at reception was a little rude to his female staff member. Overpriced for what it is.

Had the choice to have bed and or room made each day but chose not to.I was surprised at the comfort of the room from the outside the area does show this Shower was great - good size. Water could have been a bit warmer, but the pressure was great. Bed comfortable. Enough pillows but I take my own. Great to have Foxtel as I don't have it at home Good to have ground floor unit for any one with mobility issues. Easy parking. Close to the public pool if I chose to stay in the summer.

I have made a few comments made but only things that would freshen up the room - not trying to make it sound bad as it was NOT. Some dusting around the walls could have been attended behind the kettle and microwave The dining chairs and flowers a bit outdated. The chairs had no padding left Needed dish washing liquid to ensure dishes washed Also, a container for cutlery not just a paper bag The gardens needed some attending The curtains could not be opened

Clean, comfortable and warm. All essentials you would expect were provided.

All as expected for the age of the property.

Clean comfortable room. Sufficient amenities in the room. It was nice to have the room tidied each day, many places don't do this. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Good size room. Across the road from eureka centre. Local bus stop close by. Short drive into city centre. A couple of restaurants near by..

Noisy fan in bathroom and slippery shower tiles.
