City Views Ballarat

I’m going to be looking into reporting this hotel and page because I didn’t even get the room I paid for I got a standard twin room when I paid for a spa room( I have all evidence) and both the hotel and you guys wouldnt be responsible for fixing it up

Easy to find, well located. Comfortable.

Lots of dust behind the bedside tables. And a dirty ring in the bath tub.

Extremely private and safe. Rooms and bathrooms are large and clean. Private outside seating area is perfect. Coin operated laundry and dryer are extremely cheap and easy to use, much cheaper than laundromats. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Spa was good.

Curtain hanging off the runners. Dull decor. Very dated. Breakfast was included in price on web site. But when I asked at reception the answer was ¿we don¿t do that any more¿ Very expensive for the condition of the room. TV aerial unplugged

Hotel Manager was very rude. This definitely not a good experience.

Comfort Inn Suites is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We liked the on-site parking, and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our stay here was very pleasant.

good central location close to city centre, loved the SPA bath

common areas could use a clean, had to wait 7 to 8 minutes for staff to arrive at reception to check us in.

- Caring staff. They provided tea, coffee, milk supplies every day and did the bed every day. I wasn't expecting that.- They also had a small kitchenette and a great working fridge.- walking distance to most city attractions and train station.

Our room was quite large with a balcony. The bathroom was large, with a spa bath. Whilst the location was central, it was actually quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean too.

I seemed to slightly roll into the middle of the bed.

It was very comfortable, clean and not noisy. Very happy would stay again if needed.

We where well located in the are ease access to shops and restarant and it was quiet.

THe motel is complete contact free and communication with owners extremely poor

We had a bed

The heating was inadequate. No vanitey space. Shower water flooded the toilet area.

Dont bother, try somewhere else.

The check in experience was poor, there was no staff in attendance. Another guest told us to ring the number on the door & an SMS would give us the code to access our room. The digital key pad on the doors did not respond to the codes sent, we were saved by the cleaning staff who opened the rooms where the key card was then accessed. It was too expensive for the location and state of the room. The car park spaces are so small it was difficult to get in and out of the car.

Mattress very uncomfortable, mould in bathroom and bedroom window, paint peeling off windows in main room, fitted sheet stapled to bed, very unclean, dust everywhere.Not value for the money paid...

Well presented room at a very reasonable price.

The stairs down to the car park beside room 1 need lighting . I struggled down the 1st time and missed the last step and stumbled. From then on I used the other stairs.At 5.00pm the light into room 11 wasn't operational making it difficult to operate the lock. The light came on later in the night.
