Arrival was easy when we turned up at 10pm and room was very affordable and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable

Location was good. Heater was on majority of the time as it was so cold.

Water pressure was not good and the bath/shower very small. If you were a larger person it would be very difficult to get in and out of that small shower area.

A bit noisy but then again I reside in a very quite country town.

It was very well located, and there was heaps of room in our family room! The staff were very helpful in providing me with instructions for our late check in. The beds were nice and comfy, and did everything we needed to do. We'll stay there again next time we're in Ballarat. Cheers!

Location was good. Rooms are huge. Great size for sure.

The lighting where the bathroom mirror is was horrible. The lounge chairs where th pool is were so badly rusted, that you were too scared to sit on them. Otherwise, everything else was ok.

When booking in we tried to book at their office but the chap told us its easier to use booking.com as its less work for him. We were at the office earlier than check in time and mentioned we were travelling to an area outside ballarat for the afternoon and there would be no phone reception. He told us we would receive a phone call from him, then an sms with the code to get into the unit. We were just luck to have a bar on the phone to receive his call. What would have happened if he couldn't contacts us we don't know.

Enough space, natural light.

Disappointed since we were last there. Bed was uncomfortable, shower constantly leaking.

Large room

Bit out dated, no sense of comfort or warmth no pictures, no life really...just accommodation...

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with a door opening onto a small balcony.

We booked the motel because of its great looking indoor pool and spa, BUT unfortunately it does not open until 0900. The children were very disappointed as we had to leave at 0900. The table, in our room was very old and rickety and the chairs grubby and uncomfortable after a while.

Very helpful staff, I was able to move rooms due to my disability. Staff member, Ting went out if his way to make this happen.

For some reason guest in next room held a loud conversation that penetrated, caused disturbance, so much so that I knocked on their door at midnight. Some guests forget they are ina public accommodation. Suggest sign or request guests HAVE CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

Food still in fridge from last guest & hair in the shower! Shower set up totally wrong, which allows water all over floor & a hazard! No exhaust fan in bathroom. Rusted bathroom fittings & no where to hang towels or put soap, shampoo etc Sign not lit up of a night & lawns/gardens unkept.

It was quiet enough for a rural resident to be peaceful. I used the pool to stretch between a couple of long drives.The host was helpful too.

Strong hot shower and plenty of room

The lounge was underneath the tv so you could only watch it from the bed.

The bed was comfortable and there was complimentary biscuits with tea making facilities. TV in good spot. Bed sheets were clean. Power points easily accessible.

The shower was beyond awful. Zero pressure, hard to get into, had to hold hose entire time, cold water. Just imagine the worst shower you have ever had and this was 10 times worse. I didn't feel safe. Because codes were mixed up on check in instructions. Also vibe of the place was quite sketchy. I felt like I didn't just travel, I time travelled. The decor was from the 70s at best. There was duct tape on toilet. Just lots of maintenance required, especially in bathroom.

The communication was good and timely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

The table was old and scratched and the towels were OLD. The bath base was very scratched. Although a toaster and microwave are provided, there are no plates or cutlery and no way to wash the cup, glass, saucer or teaspoon. There was no latch on any of the THREE doors (front, patio, adjoining room) into my room which was unnerving.
