The room was big with plenty of room to spread out plus had a table to do some work on it. Bed was firm, I liked it but was a little too firm for my partner.

I didn't realise we were up stairs and wasn't warned its an upstairs room. Made hard with dicky Knees.

It was clean, staff friendly and close enough to everything.

The Wi-Fi cut out the whole time.

We stayed for the Marathon and it was the perfect location. We slept great, it was very clean and service was friendly. Foxtel for our room was a bonus!

Clean, comfy beds, good bathroom and shower, good windows and air flow

Not enough plates, cutlery, mugs too small, the tv was too high up on the wall and not convenient to watch.

The location is near the Lake and cafes by the Lake. It is next to a hotel for food. It is walking distance to Australian Catholic University. The room is large and the bathroom is too. It was clean and TV was easy to use.

Sleepless

Appalling. We want a refund. There was a waterpipe squeaking sound as loud as a jackhammer going off every ten minutes right next to our room and we got NO sleep. Worst stay of our lives.

A lovely comfortable, clean motel with friendly staff. Excellent location.

Everything suited our needs as we were only there for one night. We did realize that the stay would have been better value if we had booked it directly with the Lake Inn as it cost $60 more through Booking.com . A lesson learned!

The location, room, bathroom and ambience were all very good. The selection of teas (& coffee) were great.

The pillows were ok but were not as comfortable as they might have been.One or two curtain hooks need to be re-attached to one curtain.Difficult to change the television channel.

The room was clean, beds were comfy.

The room next door had several people yelling, talking, banging for hours. I had to eventually go to reception at 1am to tell them to do something about it. I Paid $230 to stay so I'd get a good night's sleep as I had a very important meeting in the morning, travelled 3 hours to get there.. Not good enough. Was very angry.. Won't stay again & Won't recommend.

The facilities were clean and a good selection of coffee.

There's no alternative milk.

we had a disability person with us, and someone took the disability parking space.I think the owners should be more careful to tell their patrons not to park in the disability parking.

The bed was small and very uncomfortable - we moved the mattress to the floor and found that the bed base was broken. No cooking facilities.
