Very noisy being in the highway and backs in to petrol station.

Polite staff, old amenities as expected for price, but comfy bed and crisp sheets.

Wifi not stable enough to run a Zoom call, but had two bars on Optus mobile network in this location that worked. Note the indoor pool is only open 10am-8pm, if you're arriving late or were wishing to swim as exercise before checkout.Breakfast said included however this was not in the room nor a communal room, and reception also not open until 11am - after checkout. Couldn't even have milk in an evening cuppa, and despite being up early to have breakfast and checkout, and being texted milk would come soon soon at 8, we waited until 920 for a cleaner to bring breakfast to be able to have a cuppa. Not ideal if you're an early riser, like an evening tea, or wanting to leave before 10. Breakfast was frozen bread, spreads, cornflakes, milk and fruit drink prima. Staff polite, but I *highly recommend requesting milk and breakfast be left in room at check-in* so you can put them in the fridge and actually have these prior to checkout clean time.Staff offered late check-out for inconvenience.

The room was dated but provided us with everything we needed, a bed, TV, bathroom facilities and breakfast!

Bed was very firm , pillows very soft and no where for soap in the shower

The staff were lovely they were friendly and courteous.

There was a couple of cockroaches and earwigs who inhabited the room. It was a typical motel room from the eighties with a very firm bed that played havoc with my back.

Highway traffic noise, seemed a little dated.

The receptionist Iverson was very friendly and responsive via text, he was the saving grace on the otherwise disappointing stay - granted it is one the cheapest places to stay in the area, but it is very neglected

- cutlery/plates/cups, extra blanket, microwave, kettle were dirty, overall there was a dusty vibe of the room - very loud due to highway (my fault for not considering this when booked though I suppose)- bed very hard and uncomfortable - wifi still unusable even after it was fixed - everything is just so dated - similar price to City Views in Ballarat but city views is better in every way (clean, modern facilities, bigger room, comfier bed, split system)

Spacious family room. Air con worked well on very hot days. Staff were friendly. Free guest laundry was handy. Free parking.

Grounds not maintained. Room needs a deep clean. TV was glitchy. Wifi wasn’t consistent. Ironing board was broken. Room was dated.
