Great location on the edge of CBD - very helpful staff went out of his way to give us a downstairs room.

We had a great stay, and our host was so friendly, helpful, and informative. The location was great, and the room had everything we needed. Great for a family stay.

The deluxe room was excellent for our stay. Having access to a microwave, crockery and cutlery suited us perfectly. We found the bed was super comfortable, room size was good for us - 2 adults. It was nice to have a balcony to sit out on as there was a table and 2 chairs. There are restaurants and pubs close by as well as supermarkets. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Steve and team were very accommodating. Gave a couple of recommendations for local restaurants to visit. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Furniture was very dusty particularly dining chairs, entrance door was dirty, air con was missing a piece off the front & the TV was too small and in an awkward position

Main reason for choosing this motel was to use the indoor pool for my 2.5 year old but this wasn't turned on, so not available which was a little disappointing. The owner did offer to turn it on but it wouldn't have heated in time for us to use.

Clean, comfortable room short walk to dining options and very central in Ballarat and close to tourist attractions. Guest laundry facilities very welcome when travelling for long period. Owner Shane was very helpful on check in.

Comfortable rooms neat tidy and quiet

The manager was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location. The Manager switched the heating on for the pool after I enquired about kids using it later in the day. They loved it. It was a shame we could only stay 1 night. When we go back to Ballarat we will definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The motel is a budget motel right near the centre of Ballarat. You can leave your room and walk into town, to the movies or to a pub or restaurant so the location is ideal. My room was up on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the road. It had some chairs and a table out there and being so hot when I was there, I sat outside in the evening warmth and tapped away on my computer. Very relaxing. There is a small indoor pool as well which most budget hotels do not have. I had a quick dip which on a hot day was very much needed.

The only thing was the size of the TV in the bedroom which was very small and on the far wall from the bed, making it difficult for me to watch when I finally went to bed. I had to sit on the floor at the end of the bed to watch it. A larger flat screen would make all the difference. The shower was a bit weak too - not much water flow.

Great location, gave our washing and it was returned a few hours later washed and dried for a small fee! Nice room and spacious.

The pool was meant to be heated but was cold! Weren't a fan of the pool texture my daughter scraped her legs a few times as it was rough stone, otherwise a great space.Please provide a clothes rack for towel drying after pool use.
