Victoriana Motor Inn

Location Friendly responsive manager

Noise audible sometimes

We were very impressed that the room was such a generous size and very clean. Being located at the rear of the property there was no traffic noise despite being on a busy road. Everything worked well and was well-equipped. We were very pleased with the extra-wide parking spaces.

These were not the fault of the motel, but we came back to have a rest prior to going out for dinner and the grass was being mowed by a very loud ride-on mower - and our room was very close to the grass. No sooner had the mower stopped than a very loud van pulled up directly in front of our room and kept the motor running for an extended time while they attended to whatever they were there for. Neither of these were to know that we were trying to have a rest.

The best motel I have stayed in during the past 2 weeks. Well located. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, well-appointed room. I could easily stay there a week but only needed one night. Definitely where I will choose next time I visit Ballarat.

Nothing really.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room.Staff were friendly.

Location, close to where we need to beEasy access to highway and town

The room was very spacious and very clean. The parking was right at the door and the area was very quiet.

Just a hook in the bathroom would make it perfect.

We love the space of the family room. It allows our daughter to go to sleep without disturbance of the tv, or us talking etc. The room size is absolutely amazing.

Convenience

Shower was leaking and took a long time to get hot cold balance.

Always good to be close to attractions and a decent supermarket. Bed is comfortable. I like that the bathroom has hand soap dispenser.

Not overly impressed with being in a room with a broken spa... either get it fixed or renovate. I hate having to ask for cutlery at reception. Shower was awful. WiFi was so slow I ended up turning it off and using my own data.

Super clean Helpful staff Easy access with my van

Everything about the room just worked. Great A/C, comfortable bed, great lighting, good wifi internet, quiet fridge, etc. Normally, there is something, even though minor, that detracts from a room. Not here. Also, the nice wide car park was great.

Very clean and comfortable bed.

Update on the taps and shower head

helpful staff, clean room, very spacious and quiet.

spa bath was out of order. but not a real problem.

Large room, very comfortable stay. Loved the spa bath!

The manager waited for me to check in as he said he would despite my projected late arrival.

Friendly, helpful staff. No mini bar. Quiet area.

Very clean and comfortable room. Hot water was excellent.Staff were very friendly. The gardens within the property were so pretty.

The spa was so so good. Lovely and very helpfull manager. Very quiet. Spotless clean.

There was nothing to not like
