Beautiful heritage building with Pub at the door step.

Hotel was very dirty, no room service as stated in advertisement, couch terrible with spring poking under fabric, only 2.5 seater for room that sleeps 5, spare dining seats with holes in fabric, even the book that holds the information was dirty! I cried!

A little noisy

Great location within easy walking distance of Ballarat Train Station. The room was roomy, and clean. The shower was fabulous, as was the spa bath. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Although near the train station and next door to a hotel, there was no disturnace through noise.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim so made applying makeup very difficult

The window in the bath room, great for light during the day, but at night I had not closed the curtains and had a shower before realising the public could see in with the light on, my bad . Needs a warning to close the curtains at night

Plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Curtains didn't stop the light coming in and are very outdated. The covers on the couch also need to go.

Huge room and bathroom for the type of accommodation. Adjoining a hotel which was great for a meal. Good location for an after dinner stroll to the CBD historical streets.

Short walk distance to Ballarat train station and shopping complex. Have inside free car parking. Complete kitchen whitewares.

Room I stayed is outdated as well as the motel building in general l. shower cubicle has a lot of patch up water sealant.

Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and seats. It had cooking amenities (2 hotplates, microwave, oven) and was a short walk from a supermarket. Staff was very friendly and helpful on check in, they offered to carry the luggage of my elderly parents to the first floor (it has no lift, there are only stairs). The motel is only a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station, and 7 minutes from Ballarat town centre. It is in a quiet location, and offers very good value for money. If I'm in Ballarat again, I will stay here again.

Bathroom door needs fixing

Location was very central and walking distance to things I needed.

It was a bit run down and not like the photos.

Excellent location to Ballatat centre. Good size room, comfortable and clean.

Very spacious room with kitchenette facilities and nice bathroom. Quiet. Walking distance to centre. Pub next door was good.

It was fine with us, but stairs involved to the rooms.

We were downstairs so upstairs people were very noisy and thumped around. We were assigned a car space which someone else took. Bed was uncomfortable, shower curtain old and crappy, tiny sink in large bathroom

Massive room, great kitchenette, in the centre of the city, railway station, shops, restaurants, walking tracks everything right at your door step, I had a spa in my room, luxurious. Couch in room, dinning table, work desk.

The toilet was leaking water, needed to turn the tap.off to get some sleep
