Good location.Large room.Friendly staff.Parking at the door.Large bed.

The facilities don't appear to be well maintained.Bathroom, in particular, is in poor condition.No crockery in the room, needed to get some from reception.

Could feel the springs through the mattress of the bed, it was very noisy and uncomfortable to the point I couldn't sleep. The power point was all broken.The shower had broken tiles. Probably wouldn't stay here again

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a table to sit at and armchairs. The bathroom was also spacious. Having Foxtel was a nice bonus and the T.V was quite big so you could watch from the bed comfotably.

In the shower, there wasn't anywhere to put your things other than a soap bar but it was roomy to use otherwise.

The staff were incredibly. helpful. We had arrived from interstate as we had a funeral to go to. The motel allowed us an early entry so we could get changed. The room was clean and close to eateries.

This was such a pleasant surprise! Even though it was a cheap stay, everything was super clean, the spa bath was amazing, and the pool was very refreshing. About a 10 min drive to Ballarat Central. I'd definitely stay here again - it was nice to have somewhere quiet, clean and cosy to come back to.

Didn't love that they write down your credit card number as a security deposit.Also, some more lounge chairs at the pool would be good! Or even more chairs there in general.

Have been here many times And nothing ever disappoints me The service is so pleasant The internet is great And they never bother you early to get out, which i feel is very rude ( Other motels do this )

The bathroom and decor is starting to get a bit dated, but only in appearance. Superbly comfortable, and it was only an aesthetic issue.

Nice as a short drive to the CBD of Ballarat

My room was right next to the cleaners room. Because of this I felt I had no privacy and bags of dirty linen all pilled up under my window. Every time I walked out my door staff there. As a single woman it was uncomfortable Bathroom could have been cleaned better as visible marks on ties etc

Like the location and ammenities in the rooms. Easy cheap accommodation.

We chose this hotel because of the spa in the room, which did not disappoint. The reception team was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was small but clean. The room was a great size, and the TV can be seen from the spa. The location was amazing, with a Coles and several restaurants a very short walk away. It was easy to drive in and out of. Overall, we were happy and we thought the price matched the experience fairly well.

I slept great, although my partner who is a little more particular thought the bed was too hard.

Customer service was top notch. Room was spacious and also got a spa room. Fridge was decent size with tea and coffee facilities.

No bowls, plates or cutlery. Needed to ask reception for them. Bed was very hard and not comfortable, gave me a sore back. No fly spray.

Very comfortable motel. Staff were nice, the room was quite large, had good A/C, light blocking curtains, and was very quiet.

Comfortable beds. Kitchenette had all utensils and cooking items needed. Good wifi. Big screen tv. And another tv in second room.Good size fridge. No road noise. Very quiet.

Walls a little thin, can hear the neighbours if being a bit loud.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Reception even stayed open later for us as our flight and trainw as delayed. Shops close by, and easy to get into town. Great spot for a overnight or weekend.
