Lovely staff Lovely surrounds Beautiful bed Just lovely!

The place is clean and tidy. Staff was helpful.

Very clean room in a quiet setting. The modern studio was extremely nice and more than enough space for two people. It felt cosy and spotless, and we really appreciated the air conditioning being on before we arrived.

The only minor fault was a few cobwebs near the smoke alarm and in the corners, and each night, there seemed to be a new spider in the room.

great location to stay with family, quiet place little outer side. they have maintained a small pool and playground for children. small and cozy place best for families.

only thing was the tv doesn't youtube and netflix on tv so please take something for children although they do have dvd player and many options to watch

A very comfortable clean cabin with excellent kitchenette. We will certainly stay there again on our way through Victoria.,as it is very close to the city centre.

We arrived after 6pm. Staff had prepared late check in package and advised us by message. We arrived coincidentally.

Property is old and needs refurbishment.

I’ve stayed here a number of times the cabins are clean and comfortable and a great place to stay working away from home to do my own meals

Our cabin was very spacious, with all facilities. Good kitchen, separate bedroom, good size bathroom. Very clean and in a very quiet part of Ararat but still easy to get to.

The gum trees and how it was out of town - very quiet.

The gas cooktop was a bit weak - lighted Ok but not much heat in the burners.

Good value cabin comfortable bed

The owner was very friendly&kind when my daughter was ill.The cabin very spacious,clean&well equipped,very quiet but close to everything.

Everything was great

The property was perfect and just what we needed. Included all amenities we needed for our young children and was a great size so that we were not cramped up.

The only issue I had was that the floor was very dirty, as soon as I put my crawling baby on the floor she was black all over. I used wipes to clean the floor so we could put her down to play. (Seemed like it just needed to be moped properly)Wasn’t a major issue, but maybe just something to keep in mind as those cabins are made for families
