Central location. Large room. Good facilities.

Number 11 had poor WiFi (it's a fair way from the reception). The listing on Booking.com said that breakfast was included but they have no breakfast facilities. A listing error rather than deception I felt.

In the centre of town. I was able to make a last minute booking because the camping area closed early.

Mould in the bathroom ceiling and ? spiders. Cracked floor tiles. Staff not particularly helpful

Quiet location while we were there. Room was comfortable and warm.

Whilst the reception staff answered the phone, the directions were unclear as to how we would get in when arriving after hours. Despite attending reception several times during opening hours during our 2 day stay, we did not meet any staff.

Close to where i work

Place stunk, sheets where old and very yellow, mattress stunk and terrible odour in bathroom

The location in Halls Gap was excellent. The room was quiet and had a lovely view of trees and grazing kangaroos. The room was spacious and had enough facilities.

It was a tired room in need of some TLC. The carpets needed a good clean

Excellent location right in the middle of Halls Gap, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The facility is showing its age in some respects, but it is budget accommodation in a prime location.

The staff were lovely and the location was perfect!! Right in the centre of town.

I was so grateful for an upgrade however the spa didn't work!!

Excellent location. Spacious. Quiet. Heated indoor pool an advantage. Kitchenette and appliances all valuable. Separate room for kids with two proper single beds an advantage.

Split system needs maintenance. Kept stopping after half hour or so. At least another good portable heater was available. No answer to phone number provided on door on arrival. Had to go searching for someone. Under bed hasn't been cleaned like ever.

Arrived early and able to checkin. Room was large and comfortable. Excellent shower and water was very hot. Ended up in room with a spa bath and the water was hot as well. Position was excellent considering I didn't have a car, literally directly behind cafes and bakery etc, walking distance to everything in town. Although the rooms are a little tired they are very good value for the price. Had basic kitchen utilities including microwave, although no cooktop. BBQs were available in the grounds.

Reverse cycle heating, although it worked, was not very effective. Worked OK in conjuction with gas log fire until gas ran out.

the location was perfect

it was poorly cleaned the first room they put us in had faulty electric blankets still on the beds, poorly cleaned they moved us to another room due to no hot water. We had to wait for new room to be cleaned and it was very poorly done, moldy curtains and windows, fan in the bathroom was putrid, toilet leaked, heating took 24hrs to warm area. lounge suit was filthy. Entry way was piled with dry leaves.

The location is great, the room size is very good

The swimming pool is heated with solar, which makes it unavailable during colder season.

Quite run down unit. No hot water the first night . Had to change room the next day .

The strong point about Pinnacle is its location. It is close to amenities such as restaurants and shops.

The resort has seen better days. It feels like the owner is happy to just operate it as-is with no frills. The place is run down. Upkeep is rather average and it even lacks basic kitchen appliances like a chopping board. There are signs everywhere that things are chargeable. The bathroom fittings are also badly due for change. The taps drip and require a huge effort to tighten to stop the wasting of water.

Informed we would arrive at 3 which we did and when we got there the room had not been cleaned/serviced. However to the staff's credit they did apologise and offer us a free meal at the cafe

The location is fantastic and the rooms are large.

They advertise that rates include Rates and taxes yet 10 % VAT which we don't have in Australia was added to the cost. I can only assume that is the Australian Goods and Services Tax which is advertised as included.The showers go to a trickle if other rooms are doing the same at same time. Not enough pressure. Likewise the free wi-fi drops out if too many people are using it. There is no breakfast yet they advertise one. (you can get 10% off at a close cafe if you ask). Likewise I doubt there is room service or a bar which is still advertised when you book.

Central location and an easy walk to everything in the town. Indoor pool was good.

The kitchenette had very minimal equipment and there were no hot plates. The electric frying pan was extremely old. Basic cleaning was done but a good super clean was needed.

The inside of the rooms cleanliness was acceptable. The location is excellent.

There was garbage everywhere around the bins. i WAS THERE FOR 3 NIGHTS AND IT NEVER GOT CLEANED UP. Totally unacceptable for a location in a national park. Get more bins so they dont overflow and the animals cant get to them would be what i suggest to the owners. Staff was walking by not cleaning it up. ITS A NATIONAL PARK!!! TERRIBLE LOOK.

Close to shops.

Maintenance of the grounds is needed. Trees and grass needs fixing. Lights outside near doors were not on at night so hard to see. BBQ area needs attention.

Great location units had good kitchenette and were spacious.

Animals getting into bins leaving rubbish everywhere. Units weren't clean and in poor repair
