I would not recommend the hotel. The place smelled and everything from cups to the top blanket on the bed the spa was filthy. It did not look like the place had been clean properly for such a long time.

43 degree day the pool was green and un useable....We chose this place knowing it was going to be warm and on the website the pool was beautiful and blue!!! Misleading!!! We paid alot of money to stay there. Also our verandah was used to store boxes!!! Dead flys all through the kitchen!!!!!?

Beds, Bathrooms could be cleaner. Bath towels were very old.

I like the service and the backyard view. We can see kangaroos wild life at the property's backyard, not only 1 but 3. The staf is very kind and helpful. The room facilities are fabolous

There's no toothpaste

The room was okay and quite spacy for the price and I liked seeing two emus walking through the property.

Our stay was ok until the last night (spent 3 nights). On the last night the owner of the motel had a private party with loud music, alcohol and noise right next to our room. We asked them to lower the noise 4 times and could not rest in our room until 11 pm. After a day full of outdoor activities we longed for some relaxing time and instead our bed pointed to the wall where the party was and we could hardly watch TV nor read. This was very upsetting! Instead of having the party in another location we were offered a beer and to join in. My partner does not drink at all and we felt very disrespected in our need for rest. Motel guest from other rooms complained as well.

Rooms aren't clean & both days we didn't had hot water for use. Don't think so there's any hot water supply as it ran out as soon as we woke up.

This was a great stay for us. A short drive to the town centre and local walks. A really quiet stay with everything we needed. Nice grounds with a pool. Host was very friendly.

I love the location. Quiet and peaceful outback town.

We can't cook there. Only a microwave and outdoor BBQ. It will be perfect if there is a little kitchen, so we are able to stay longer.

We stayed in the three-bedroom villa, and at first, I was a bit worried because there weren’t any detailed descriptions or photos of the rooms and facilities. However, the villa completely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I think it would be really helpful if you could upload more photos of the rooms and amenities—future guests would be pleasantly surprised, just like we were.

The villa has a kitchen, which was great, but I assumed it would include some basic condiments like oil, salt, and sugar. Unfortunately, there were none, so we had to make a trip to the General Store. It would be really convenient if a few basic cooking essentials were provided for guests.

Location was good, being 5 minutes out of Halls Gap on a quiet road. Mount William room was clean and bed was comfortable. Electric blankets on bed were welcome, though the split system heater made the whole unit warm and cosy. Had a full size fridge, and enough kitchen equipment for you to be self contained. Yes, it's dated in places, but it didn't worry us. We enjoyed our stay. The man at reception was friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good and tv reception was good.

Maybe a teatowel to dry crockery.
