power switch behind TV and micrwave were not working but we left accomodation before office was monitored and did not have chance to advise

Close to most shops yet far enough away to be peaceful. Clean and comfortable room with all amenities I expected.

The shower appeared to need a clean in corners (mould?)

The room was clean and comfortable, although basic, and the patio facing the mountain was fabulous. We were able to watch many birds and animals in the meadow. It was close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops.

It was sad to see that the landscaping around the motel and the courtyard is weedy and unattended. I know you experienced a fire last year and hopefully the landscaping can be brought back as you recover.

The fridge wasn’t cold, the property wasn’t cleaned very well, limited space for food prep. The bathroom was dirty and water temperature was lukewarm.

A big mistake!

This place is terrible and not worth half of the advertised price. The rooms were small and smelled bad, and they hadn't even bothered to defrost the freezer box in the fridge. The owner (of Indian-looking descent) was extremely rude and shouted at me to sign the agreement, refusing to wait while I took the time to read it.

Cleanliness was to be desired. Run down and old. Linen was not fresh and woke up with bites on my stomach.

The location and the views.

The facilities look tired. The sign out the front advertises breakfast is available, which it wasn’t.

I liked the room itself and the facilities.Also loved the way the room opened out & overlooked the open country.And seeing all the wildlife

Property was clean and tidy. Close to centre of town. Staff friendly and polite. View from the room was great

This is an older place and is showing a little wear and tear, but everything worked. It is central but quiet and the rear rooms had a patio with a rural outlook. Very nice.

The have wild Kookabura bird in front of the hotel in the evening. A lot of kangaroos also easily to see nearby the hotel. The staff is very nice and let us early check in to put our luggage, thus we can enjoy the national park easily. Thank you.

Very close to the Grampians with scenic view of the mountains. It's an older looking style motel, but I thought it was part of the charm. Very close to the town centre and restaurants and shops, staff are helpful and attentive. Beds wer nice and comfortable, and the TV allowed you to sign into your own apps (youtube/Netflix) Tea, coffee and cookies were provided. Very quiet at night, great place to relax.

The grounds near the BBQ area were a bit dirty and rundown, although the staff cleaned it up once it was pointed out. The back sitting area weeds were a bit overgrown.

Nice quiet area away from the main road, comfortable beds. Nice mountain view from the outside area at the back of our room.

Bathroom needed a proper clean, as there were dead flies around the sink. Shower didn’t have a proper base, so when someone had a shower, water went everywhere, so the floor needed to be dried with a towel so no one else got wet feet going to the bathroom afterwards. There was only only one spoon provided for three people.Guests next door were smoking outside the back of their room and all the smoke was coming directly into our back door which we had open for fresh air.

Staywas OK.. needs a bit of a tidy up and some improved pillows but is great value at this price

The motel was in a great location as we were in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and you could park right outside your room. The room was a little bit dimly lit and the outside courtyard where you can sit at the table & chairs needs a bit of work to make it more attractive! There was plenty of birds and other wildlife to enjoy from the courtyard area!
